GOP Leaders to Fund Planned Parenthood, Sanctuary Cities, but not Border Security------------------------------------------------------------

The future of the Trump presidency hangs in the balance today. GOP leaders are trying to shove through a massive spending bill that funds Planned Parenthood and Sanctuary Cities - with hardly funding for border security.

Lawmakers have barely 24 hours to read the 2,300 pages of legislation. In other words - you have to pass the bill to see what's in the bill.

The House Freedom Caucus is taking a bold stand in opposition -- calling it an insult to America's taxpayers.

The Heritage Foundation also condemned GOP leadership — calling it an embarrassing rundown of broken promises.

And that brings me to the midterm elections. If Republicans pass this spending bill today -- I predict they will suffer massive losses at the ballot box. And you'd better believe the first order of business for Speaker Pelosi and Majority Leader Schumer will be impeachment.

Holy Cross Drops Christian Knight Mascot to Appease Muslims------------------------------------------------------------

The Holy Cross Crusaders are giving its nearly 100-year-old mascot the heave-ho to avoid offending other religious groups. And by “other religious groups” — well, you can probably figure that out for yourself.
The Jesuit school said they had decided to retire its beloved Knight for the sake of “inter-religious understanding and dialogue.”

“For some, knight imagery alone could convey nobility, chivalry and bravery. However, the visual depiction of a knight, in conjunction with the moniker Crusader, inevitably ties us directly to the reality of the religious wars and the violence of the Crusades. This imagery stands in contrast to our stated values,” College president Philip Boroughs said in a statement.

Teen Mob Tramples American Flag at High School------------------------------------------------------------

Teenagers who tear down American flags and jump on police cars will go to jail in Nashville, Tennessee.

Metro police say ten students at Antioch High School were charged with aggravated rioting after they caused mayhem during last week’s national school walkout protests. The walkout was supposed to be a protest over gun violence in the aftermath of the Florida school shooting. But it turned into a nationwide free-for-all.

In Chicago as many as 60 students trashed a Walmart — knocking over product displays, breaking package and stealing candy.
