OBEDIENCE IS THE PROOF OF FAITH

Without Faith it is Impossible to Please God [Hebrews 11:6],

And without Obedience it is impossible to have Faith.

Abraham, the Father of Faith,

Proved his Faith by what he did;

He offer up his son in Obedience to the Command of God.

Noah's Faith was proven by what he did;

He built the Ark in Obedience to the Command of God.

Moses' Faith was proven by what he did;

He led the children of Israel out of Egypt

And led them for forty years in the desert.

Joseph's Faith was proven by what he did;

He endured hardship in Obedience to God.

David's Faith was proven by what he did;

He did all that God asked of him. (Acts 13:22)

Christ Jesus was Obedient to the Father, unto Death.

The Apostles were Obedient to Christ Jesus, unto Death.

The Saints Overcome Satan and the World he Rules;

By the blood of the Lamb

And the word of their Testimony (Obedience)

Not loving this life so much as to shrink from Death.

(Revelation 12:11)

The First and Greatest Commandment is this:

Love the Lord your God with all your heart

And with all your soul and with all your mind.

And the second is like it:

Love your neighbor as yourself.

All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two Commandments.

(Matthew 22:37-40)

And this is Love:

That we walk in Obedience to His Commands.

(2 John 6)

The Apostle James says this:

Show me your Faith without Deeds,

And I will show you my Faith by what I do.

You believe that there is one God. Good!

Even the Demons believe that—and Shudder.

You foolish man,

Do you want Evidence that Faith without Deeds is Useless?

Was our Ancestor Abraham considered Righteous

For what he did when he offered his son Isaac on the altar?

You see that his Faith and his Actions were working together,

AND HIS FAITH WAS MADE COMPLETE BY WHAT HE DID.

(James 2:18-22)

Christ Jesus said this:

Not everyone who says to Me, Lord, Lord

Will enter the kingdom of Heaven,

BUT ONLY HE WHO DOES HE WILL OF MY FATHER

WHO IS IN HEAVEN.

(Matthew 7:21)
