WHAT IS THE GOSPEL OF CHRIST?

It is what the 20^th Century Christians said it was;

Jesus Saves

Jesus Heals

Jesus Baptizes in the Holy Spirit

And Jesus is coming Soon.

Realize, that Typically today,

The “Church” in America has stopped with Jesus Saves.

And even this is not portrayed accurately.

What are the Elements of Jesus Saves?

It begins with Holy Spirit Conviction of Sin

And the Repentance of that Sin.

The first word of the Ministry of Christ Jesus was REPENT!

However, it was at the Cross that Christ Jesus Purchased

The Forgiveness of Sins with His Own blood.

“Without the shedding of blood there is no Forgiveness.” (Hebrews 9:22)

So, without the Cross of Christ,

Even if a person Repented of their Sin,

Without Christ Purchasing forgiveness, there would be no forgiveness.

What is the other Essential Element of being Saved?

It is this: The Holy Spirit; Christ; living IN and THROUGH a person.

Without Christ living IN and THROUGH a person

They cannot be Saved.

What does Scripture tell us is the Hope of Glory or Heaven?

It is Christ IN YOU the Hope of Glory or Heaven. (Colossians 1:27)

There is No Other Hope in all that Exists.

Without Christ living IN and TROUGH a person

They Cannot Overcome the Evil One who Rules this Wicked World.

(1 John 5:19)

Only Christ living IN and THROUGH a person

Enables that person to Overcome the Evil One.

“They Overcame him [Satan] by the blood of the Lamb

And the word of their Testimony ;

They did not love their lives so much

As to Shrink from Death.” (Revelation 12:11)

He who has an ear, let him hear

What the Spirit says to the Churches.

TO HIM WHO OVERCOMES,

I will give the Right to Eat from The Tree of LIFE,

Which is in the Paradise of God. (Revelation 2:7)

That is the complete view of Salvation.
