Billy Graham’s Daughter Rips Hillary Before Revealing Her Views On Trump

As the presidential primary season moves closer to confirmation of a general-election ticket in both parties, it appears that widely unpopular Democrat hopeful Hillary Clinton might actually be helping out her likely Republican rival by helping people make their decisions about the New York developer. For the daughter of famed evangelist Billy Graham — as with many conservatives this election season — her vote for president might be more a protest of the Democrat candidate than an enthusiastic show of support for the presumptive GOP nominee’s platform.
During a recent interview with Newsmax TV’s Steve Malzberg, Anne Graham Lotz explained why she could not support the front-running Democrat.
“I would not vote for Hillary [Clinton] for a lot of reasons,” declared the founder of AnGel Ministries.
Lotz gave the former first lady some faint praise before explaining the reason for her decision.
“I’ve met her and I appreciate her,” Lotz explained. “And I appreciate what she’s done in many ways as a woman. But there are just too many red flags there.”
Asked by Malzberg for specifics, his guest obliged.
“The Benghazi situation is one,” the popular author explained, “and other things. There are some things that aren’t right.”
Given her reservations about Clinton, Lotz made it clear that she intends to support the eventual Republican presidential nominee.
“Let me tell you,” said Billy Graham’s second daughter, “I think it’s beyond human solution. I don’t think one man can make a difference — maybe make a difference in a negative or positive, but not turn this nation back to its foundation.”
She concluded that she will vote for “whoever gets that nomination, and it looks like it may be Mr. Trump. I don’t know how things will fall out.”
Whether or not that candidate meets all of Lotz’s personal preferences, she recognized that the future of the nation is in God’s hands, not the president’s.
“I will vote for whoever gets that nomination,” she said, “and then when I vote for him, I’m going to pray for him every day.”
