IN THE SPIRIT

The apostle John was “in the Spirit” on the Lord's day.

(Rev. 1:10)

He was “in the Spirit” and out of this world;

He was no longer in the natural.

The Lord taught His disciples to pray:

Your Kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as in Heaven.

The Kingdom of God in Heaven is entirely supernatural.

There is nothing natural there.

When the Kingdom of God comes to earth as in Heaven,

It is entirely supernatural.

To be “in the Spirit” and to be “in the Kingdom” are the same thing.

Christ Jesus said that the Kingdom of God is in you [Luke 17:21].

That is, Christ in you the hope of Glory [Colossians 1:27];

The Spirit of God in you.

John had the Spirit in him,

But he was not always in the state of being “in the Spirit.”

He had to get out of the natural and “in the Spirit.”

In the condition of being “in the Spirit”

He was able to hear Christ Jesus,

Who imparted to John The Book Of Revelation.

We can surmise from this that in order to hear from God

We need to get “in the Spirit.”

I believe that being “in the Spirit” is the same place David talks about

When he says the he who lives in the Secret Place

Of the Most High God, finds rest in the shadow of the Almighty [Ps. 91].

The only place of “rest” or peace on earth is found is “in the Spirit.”

The place is “secret,” because it is not found in the natural;

It is only found “in the Spirit.”

David had been there because he could state:

One thing I ask, this is what I seek

That I may dwell in the house of the Lord

All the days of my life

To gaze upon the beauty of the Lord

And seek Him in His temple. (Psalm 27:4)

It is here he was covered with the feathers of God.

The only access to this “secret place”

Is worship in Spirit and in Truth.

Worship in and through Christ who is the Spirit and the Truth.

Praying or singing in “tongues” is also worship in Spirit and in Truth.

On The Day of Pentecost the 120 received the Holy Spirit;

They found found themselves in the Secret Place of the Most High God.

It was sovereignly imparted to them;

The realm of the Spirit of the Living God.

They waited for it at the command of Christ Jesus, and they received it.

It was intoxicating; it was new wine; it was power; it was fire;

It was Christ in them their hope of Glory.

It was the Kingdom of God on earth as in Heaven.

The Day of Pentecost was the beginning

Of a never ending Revival;

It is alive and well to this day.

Christ Jesus calls every man and woman to wait upon Him

To receive their personal Day of Pentecost;

The can expect the manifestation of this impartation

To be the same as is recorded in the Book of Acts.

The manifestation of this Revival will be today

The same as described throughout The Book Of Acts.

Many receive it but only a few live in it.

You can only live in it, if it is the one thing that you seek above all else.

Christ Jesus said seek first and above all else His Kingdom;

The Kingdom that is for children only.

Then everything that you need will be supplied to you by the Father.

The Kingdom of God is hidden from the wise and learned.

Christ Jesus said:

I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth,

Because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned,

(The Kingdom of God on earth as in Heaven)

And revealed them to little children.

Yes, Father for this was your good pleasure. (Matthew 11:25-26)

The greatest theologian on earth

Is the child who receives the Kingdom of God, and lives in it.

How do we know who has entered this Kingdom?

Wherever Christ Jesus rules and reigns,

And His Kingdom is manifested; His Presence and Glory are manifested;

Where there is continuous Revival as seen in The Book of Acts;

Where there is love, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit;

Where there is the freedom Christ died to bring;

His Holiness and Righteousness;

Where there is continuous “vision” imparted by Christ,

Through the gifts of the Spirit; prophesy, dreams and visions.

Where the gifts of the Spirit are in full operation.

How do we know who the children of God are?

Those who worship Him in Spirit and in Truth;

Those through whom, Christ is manifested;

Those who bear fruit for His Kingdom.

Fruit being, Christ in His children, reproducing Himself in others.

Making disciples of all nations;

Christ confirming His Word and Presence with signs and wonders.

Today, the World is raging against God, rushing toward oblivion. (Psalm 2)

This World in its present form is passing away. (1 Corinthians 7:31)

America is being ground to powder because of her SIN against God.

Save yourself from this Corrupt Generation! (Acts 2:40)

Father, Your Kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as in Heaven!
