In 2014, Sandra Merritt went undercover as a journalist, recording Planned Parenthood (PP) executives and others in public places as they openly bragged about their despicable and unlawful activity to achieve higher profits for the sale of baby body parts. 

The more intact the baby organ, the higher the selling price.

One of the organ procurement companies had a website where research facilities could order baby body parts — hearts, lungs, livers, kidneys, brains, and many more — based on gestation.

In one particular video, recorded July 25, 2014, over lunch at a busy restaurant, Planned Parenthood’s Senior Director of Medical Services Deborah Nucatola blithely discussed her unlawful human-organ-trafficking side business, naming prices for the unlawfully “harvested” baby parts.
 

Defend life.

Dr. Nucatola also detailed how she had “gotten pretty good” at performing what amounts to partial birth abortions — federally banned — to ensure the highest prices for uncrushed baby hearts, lungs, and livers.

Nucatola even went on to explain how Planned Parenthood’s lawyers had advised the national office to arrange their unlawful baby organ procurement practices to ensure that, if caught, Planned Parenthood’s affiliate organizations, not the national PPFA, would take the fall.

Sandra filmed Planned Parenthood doctors, executives, and organ procurement representatives openly admitting their vile practices. 

No less than four state and federal laws are implicated, including:

• 42 USC 274e that makes it a felony to buy or sell human body parts.
• 42 USC 289g that forbids knowingly acquiring, receiving, or otherwise transferring any human fetal tissue for valuable consideration, punishable by up to 10 years in prison and/or a fine of up to 500,000 dollars.
• 1 USC 8 that classifies killing babies born alive as homicide.
• 18 USC 1531 that bans partial birth abortion.

But SANDRA now faces the possibility of prison, while the Planned Parenthood doctors and organ procurement executives walk free, continuing their daily butchery and trafficking of thousands of babies across America every day.

Don’t let Planned Parenthood SILENCE the free press.

That’s likely because of Planned Parenthood’s massive political donation budget. 

The abortion giant contributed heavily to both Kamala Harris’ and Xavier Becerra’s political campaigns. 

As then-California Attorney General, Harris instigated these bogus criminal charges against Sandra. 

When Harris left for the U.S. Senate, her protégé Becerra continued those charges upon taking over Harris’ role as the Golden State’s AG.

• Harris now serves as vice president of the United States.
• Becerra now serves as the U.S. secretary of Health and Human Services in Joe Biden’s administration.
• And just two weeks from now, Sandra Merritt’s criminal trial will begin in San Francisco where she faces the possibility of years in prison.

Sandra’s case has been the most expensive case in Liberty Counsel history.

If passed, HR 15 will end the federal prohibition against partial birth abortion. 

Indeed, HR 15 will override every state or federal law that restricts or bans abortion. 

And it will require abortion to be funded by taxpayers.
