Finding the Way ...
Seek the Lord while he may be found [before you die]; call on him while he is near. (Isaiah 55:6)
In the way of righteousness [being right with God] there is life; along that path is immortality. (Proverbs 12:28)
This righteousness is given through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference between Jew and Gentile [everyone else not Jewish], for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, (Romans 3:22-23)
Thomas said to him, “Lord, we don’t know where you are going, so how can we know the way?” Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. (John 14:5-6)
Therefore, since we have been justified [made right with God] through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, (Romans 5:1)
Jesus said, Before long, the world will not see me anymore, but you will see me. Because I live, you also will live. (John 14:19)
“My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me. I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one—I in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.
“Father, I want those you have given me to be with me where I am, and to see my glory, the glory you have given me because you loved me before the creation of the world. (John 17:20-24)
To him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you before his glorious presence without faultand with great joy—to the only God our Savior be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Amen. (Jude 24-25)
