There is a coordinated movement to not only oppose the biblical worldview but also groom younger generations to accept dangerous ideas about gender and sexual identity. Have you seen the headlines? Public libraries around the country are hosting Drag Queen Story Hours -- another example of your tax dollars being used to fund a liberal, immoral agenda. Parents in Austin, Texas discovered that the storyteller -- a man dressed as a woman -- who had been participating in their Drag Queen Story Hour for the past year has a criminal record for prostitution. Young children at a public library in Oregon were exposed to pro-gay and pro-transgender books at a Drag Queen event. They were encouraged to play on the floor and climb on top of a man dressed as a woman! But if that wasn't disturbing enough, there's more... In Houston, Texas, a public library was making plans to host a Drag Queen Story Hour but was preempted by a vigilant pro-family group that discovered the library failed to complete a background check on the individual -- who turned out to be a convicted sex offender. Enough is enough! These are not educational story hours;these are indoctrination hours and in some cases situations in which sexual predators are being given access to vulnerable children. We must speak out and protect our kids! She recently pushed back against a private business that was scheduled to host a drag queen event that would feature a nine-year-old boy dressed in women's clothing. Thanks to Elizabeth Johnston's courage to speak out against the exploitation of the young child, the event was canceled. This gives us reason to hope. But we have more to do to safeguard our kids.
