CHICAGO MOM: "WE'RE LIVING AMONG KILLERS"

A Chicago black mother's cry for help: "We're living amongst killers."

"WE'RE LIVING AMONGST KILLERS" (page one headline in the Chicago Tribune, Christmas Eve)

Debra West lost her son on August 5th; he was one of 75 people shot that weekend. 

"He is among hundreds of people who have been killed in Chicago in recent years, with most of those cases going unsolved." 

Witnesses are afraid of being killed by the druggie-gang bangers – which our open border-sanctuary city crowd allows to pour into our nation (formerly "Columbia the Gem of the Oceans").

The "professional" politicians are satisfied with the status quo (the mess we're in) because most of them live in gated communities. 

The Donald is the first Prez in at least 50 years to get serious about changing the status of the status quo. 

Even Ronnie got bamboozled by fake promises about border security. 

If WE don't solve the human nature problem, some foreign power might (put an end to "weekends" like the Egyptians did?)!

West "doesn't see a way forward unless the city can help relocate witnesses." 

Her son went to Fulton Elementary until he and his sister were too afraid to go to school. 

They "were walking home from school one day when gunfire erupted all around them. They were running and hiding and crying."

Kendall Brown was one of 13 people killed during the first weekend of August. 

Mount Sinai Hospital was a scene of carnage and chaos. . . Gunshot victims had been dropped off in cars and left in the parking lot. 

She saw people falling out of shot-up cars. 

There are NIMBY people who oppose mines and other job-creating projects that could help minorities in Racine, Milwaukee, and Chicago.

 And there are also NIMBYs who don't CARE about the Chi-town WAR because – "it's not in my back yard"! 

Ironically, Brown lived in the "Back of the Yards" neighborhood. 

His mother looks at faces in the neighborhood and wonders which one killed her son. 

Her phone had vibrated just after midnight. 

She got a text as she slept: "Mama"; he was killed an hour later. 

Police believe the man who killed Brown is being held for a different crime. 

But who's counting, EH??

"MAMA, DON'T LET YOUR BABIES GROW UP TO BE COWBOYS OR OUTLAWS." 

She tried; she really tried! 

But I don't know what her adult but foolish son was doing out after midnight, do you?

P.S Oh sorry ma'am, but just one more thing: 

"As of now, police have made 4 arrests in the 75 shootings that happened the weekend Brown was killed." 

Sorry if this is not the sweetness and light you were looking for on December 26th, but custom calls this St. Stephen's Day (the first Christian martyr). 

Those who heard his sermon "stopped up their ears" AND STONED HIM. 

Nancy Pelosi and the "sanctuary cities" crowd are creating more and more Back of the Yards. 

AND THEY STOP UP THEIR EARS AT BOTH THE GUNFIRE AND THE SOLUTION.

PPS: Winding down to another year, won't ANYONE listen to Debra West's cry for help?

[At the very least, forward this column to your "Friends" and enemies, media and congress. 

Solutions often start out like the proverbial mustard seed. 

Tiny but still ALIVE. 

Hint: Victims are taken to religious hospitals after the fact, but most people want No RELIGION, NO POLITICS, AND NO BRAINS on social media (they may be social, but are they media?)!??
