Scripture
tell us that the World is under the control of Satan;
(1
John 5:19)
That
this World in its Present Form is Passing Away.
(1
Corinthians 7:31)
We
also know from Scripture the condition of the Church of Laodicea
Who
thought that they were Alive but were not.
Christ
Jesus described them as Wretched, Pitiful, Poor, Blind and Naked.
Think
how much more the World, that has never know Christ Jesus,
Is
Wretched, Pitiful, Poor, Blind and Naked.
Does
not Christ Jesus Counsel those in the World,
As
He did the Church of Laodicea, to come to Him
And
by gold refined in the Fire,
So
that they could become Rich;
And
White Clothes to wear,
So
they could cover their Nakedness;
And
Salve to put on their eyes, so that they could see?
Does
He not Stand at the Door of Every Living Person
And
Knock?
If
anyone hears His Voice and opens their Door to Him,
Will
He not come in and eat with them?
Christ
Jesus defined
The
Desperate Condition of the Church of Laodicea
And
He could just as easily been defining
The
Desperate Condition of the World.
Christ
Jesus went on to say to the Church in Laodicea:
TO
HIM WHO OVERCOMES,
I
will give the Right to sit with Me on My Throne,
Just
as I Overcame (this wicked World)
And
sat down with My Father on His Throne.
He
who has an Ear,
Let
him hear what the Spirit says to the Churches
And
to Every Person in the World.
(Revelation
3:14-22)
I
am convinced that Father God, by His Holy Spirit,
Invites
Every Person into His Kingdom
But
only those who answer that Call come in.
Most
Reject the Call of God.
Many
are Called but few are Chosen [Matthew 24:14];
Few
Choose to lay down their life in this life
To
obtain the Life of Christ Jesus, even Eternal Life.
And
so most People in the World
Remain
Wretched, Pitiful, Poor, Blind and Naked.
The
Nations of the World
Remain
Wretched, Pitiful, Poor, Blind and Naked,
Before
the Living God;
The
Whole World, that before too long,
Will
worship the son of Satan, the Beast of Revelation,
The
Antichrist
And
will go the the Lake of Fire
Created
by God Almighty for Satan and his Fallen Angels.
(Revelation
13; 19:20)
