ELECTION 2016
3 TRUMP-RALLY CHANTS EXPLAINED
Exclusive: Michael Master asserts Donald is just instrument of a powerful movement
Hillary Clinton asked in a video why she isn’t ahead by 50 points. She and her PACs spent 10 times more money than Trump to get her nominated (a billion dollars vs. $100 million). The media spend 500 percent more time on negative Trump stories than on Clinton. Big business, Wall Street, media and establishment politicians of both parties endorse her. So why isn’t she 50 points ahead of Trump?
Have you ever been to a Trump rally? Watched one on TV?
If you attended a Trump rally or watched one on TV, the answer is obvious. The people who are supporting Trump are a movement, and Trump is just the instrument.
While Clinton has rallies about three times a week and averages around 500 people, Trump has rallies three times a day with overflow crowds of tens of thousands of people. Clinton needs entertainment like J Lo and Mark Anthony or speakers like Michelle Obama to attract attendees, while Donald Trump is the main event at his rallies. Trump is the entertainment, he is the messenger, and he is the leader. Clinton is none of those.
The Trump movement aims to Make America Great Again. The way to do that can be heard in three simple chants at his rallies:
“Build the wall!”
“Drain the swamp!”
“Lock her up!”
“Build the wall” is a simple statement meant to symbolize that our government needs to make America first, to make America safe, to protect American jobs and to foster the American culture. Trump compares his vision to Clinton’s vision of open borders, NAFTA, TPP, WTO, the Iran deal, U.S. withdrawal from Iraq and globalism. He condemns Clinton for her contempt for Catholics and evangelicals, for her contempt for “needy Latinos” and for referring to half of Trump supporters as deplorable. He proposes new health policies for U.S. veterans, more money for our military, lower taxes for middle-class Americans, lower taxes business and more support for our police, border patrol and homeland defense. Trump deplores isolationism, but demands that the American worker comes first, that America comes first. “Build the Wall!”
“Drain the swamp” is a condemnation of professional politicians, the establishment class, the corruption in Washington, D.C., and the rich donors who run those politicians. Trump pledged to end crony politics, which scares all those professional politicians of both parties and scares their donors. The Clintons have been part of it since the 1970s. Trump wants term limits on Congress. He wants to prosecute those politicians who compromise America for special-interest groups that give them money. He wants to ban government employees from being lobbyists for at least five years after leaving government employment and for life as lobbyists for foreign interests. “Drain the Swamp!”
“Lock her up” is condemnation of Hillary Clinton. Last summer, James Comey stated how Clinton broke the law, but decided not to indict her because she did not “intend” to break the law. “Intent” is not part of the law. He over-reached the law to protect her, though he now is reopening his investigation based on recent evidence involving Hillary aide Huma Abedin. As far back as the 1970s when Hillary was fired from the Watergate committee for unethical practices, she has a record of deceit, dishonesty and lies. Whitewater. The bimbo squad. Benghazi. “Bill did not have an affair with an intern.” Attacking women who claimed that Bill attacked them. Comey listed the most current violations in his testimony to Congress. Trump pledged to appoint a special prosecutor outside of Clinton control (like Bill Clinton meeting secretly with Loretta Lynch in a private plane on the tarmac at the Phoenix airport) to investigate pay-for-play by the Clinton Foundation, the deal that gave 20 percent of American uranium to Russia and the Hillary server scandal. Trump stated that no one is too powerful not to be prosecuted – not even the Clintons. “Lock her up!”
OK, so Abe Lincoln said that you could fool all the people some of the time, fool some of the people all of the time, but not all the people all of the time. So why isn’t Clinton ahead by 50 points?
Because many people are not fooled by the Clintons, the media and the professional politicians.
Attend a Trump rally or watch one on TV. This is a movement to Make America Great Again.
