DANIEL IS SHOWN THE ANTICHRIST

Daniel says this:

I also wanted to know about the ten horns on its head

(of the Fourth Beast; the Fourth Beast being the Roman Empire)

And about the Other Horn [the Antichrist] that came up,

Before which three of them fell--

The Horn [the Antichrist] looked more imposing than the others

And has eyes and a mouth that spoke boastfully.

As I watched, this Horn [the Antichrist]

Was Waging War against the Saints and Defeating them,

Until the Ancient of Days came and pronounced Judgment

In favor of the Saints of the Most High,

And the time came when they possessed the Kingdom (of God).

He (an angel) gave me this explanation:

'The Fourth Beast is a Fourth kingdom that will appear on Earth.

It will be different from all the other kingdoms

And will devour the Whole Earth, Trampling it down and Crushing it.

The Ten Horns are Ten Kings who will come from this Kingdom.

(The Roman Empire)

After them another King will arise [the Antichrist]

Different from the earlier ones;

He will speak against the Most High and Oppress His Saints

And try to change the Set Times and the Laws.

THE SAINTS WILL BE HANDED OVER TO HIM

For a Time, Times and half a Time

(The Three and one-half years of The Great Tribulation)

But the Court [of God] will sit, and his [the Antichrist's]

Power will be taken away and completely Destroyed FOREVER.

Then the Sovereignty, Power and Greatness of the Kingdoms

Under the Whole Heaven will be handed over to the Saints,

The people of the Most High.

His Kingdom will be an Everlasting Kingdom,

AND ALL THE RULERS WILL WORSHIP AND OBEY HIM [CHRIST].

THIS IS THE END OF THE MATTER.

'I Daniel, was deeply troubled by my thoughts,

And my face turned pale, but I kept the matter to myself.'

(Daniel 7:20-28, NIV)

Daniel further describes the Antichrist:

Out of one of them [the divided kingdom of Alexander the Great]

Came another Horn, which started small

But grew in Power to the south and to the east

And toward the Beautiful Land.

IT grew until it reached the Host of the Heavens,

And it threw some of the Starry Host down to the Earth

And Trampled on them.

IT set itself up to be as Great as the Prince of the Host [Christ];

IT took away the Daily Sacrifice [the worship of God] from Him,

And the Place of His Sanctuary was brought low.

Because of Rebellion [the Apostasy],

The Host of the Saints and the Daily Sacrifice [the worship of God]

Were given over to IT [the Antichrist].

IT [the Antichrist] Prospered in everything IT did,

AND TRUTH WAS THROWN TO THE GROUND.

Then I [Daniel] heard a Holy One speaking,

And another Holy One said to him,

'How long will it take for the Vision to be Fulfilled--

The Vision concerning the Daily Sacrifice,

The Rebellion [the Apostasy] that causes Desolation,

And the SURRENDER of the Sanctuary

And of the Host [God's people]

THAT WILL BE TRAMPLED UNDERFOOT?'

He said to me [Daniel], 'it will take 2,300 evenings and mornings;

(Approximately Three and One-half years)

THEN THE SANCTUARY WILL BE RECONSECRATED.'

(Daniel 8:9-14, NIV)

What do we learn from these passages from Daniel?

We learn that the Saints will be handed over to the Antichrist

For Three and One-half Years, the time of The Great Tribulation,

Because of the Rebellion, the Apostasy of the Saints;

That during this time the worship of God will be taken away;

At the End of which time Christ Jesus will RETURN

And Establish His Kingdom in Jerusalem on Mount Zion

For a Thousand Years, the Millennium.

This does not mean that some of the Saints will not be taken out

Before The Great Tribulation begins.

Christ Jesus made this Promise:

Since you have kept My Command to Endure Patiently,

I will Keep you From the Hour of TRIAL

That is going to come upon the Whole World

To TEST those who live on the Earth.

(Revelation 3:10, NIV)

Those who remain Faithful to Christ Jesus and His Word;

Those who do not Capitulate to the godless Culture;

The Culture that is getting more Wicked every day;

That will cause the love of Most to grow cold [Matthew 24:12];

THOSE WHO STAND FIRM TO THE END,

Will be Spared The Great Tribulation.

Christ Jesus warned us all:

Be always on the Watch,

And pray that you will be able to Escape All that is about to happen,

And that you may be able TO STAND before the Son of Man.

(Luke 21:36)

Today, the World is raging against God, rushing toward Oblivion. (Psalm 2)

This World in it's present form is passing away. (1 Corinthians 7:31)

America is being ground to powder because of her SIN against God.

Save yourself from this Corrupt Generation! (Acts 2:40)
