{WATCH} Border Patrol Attacks Americans
Border Patrol is enforcing “Constitutional-Free Zones”, up to 100 miles inland from all borders including the coastlines. Illegals pass freely, while Americans are attacked and arrested.
Well, if you live 99 miles from any border of the United States, including coastlines, you are subject to border patrol searches. Your Fourth Amendment rights mean nothing.
The fact that border patrol officers are unconstitutional, is of no consequence. As this video shows, not caving to the demands of the border patrol, 50 miles inside the border, I might add, will only result in trouble.
That said, I would do the exact same thing. No one has the right to try to force me to do anything that I know is violating my Constitutional rights. They may have a cute, little shiny badge, issued by the Executive Branch of the United States government, that does not, nor will it negate the fact they are not provided for under the Constitution…period.
This “border exemption” in Judge Korman’s ruling needs to be fought and overturned. Once the question of “Are you an American citizen” is asked and answered, unless there is reasonable suspicion, border patrol should not be sanctioned to violate any American’s rights.
I included a second video on the DHS “Constitutional-Free Zone”. (see orange area) The irony of this situation is sickening. Illegal…YES, DAMNIT…ILLEGAL aliens are allowed to flood past our borders unhindered, but if you are an American citizen, you are treated like a criminal. Unless, you are spineless and cower to their unconstitutional demands of search and seizure violations.
District Judge Edward Korman made his ruling in New York on Tuesday, more than three years after the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) filed suit.
The ACLU claimed that – since Americans put so much of their lives on their computers, cell phones, and other devices – border officials should have reasonable suspicion before sifting through someone’s personal files.
Attorneys argued that searches conducted without reasonable suspicion are a violation of the Fourth Amendment, which protects against unreasonable search and seizure. Not so, according to Judge Korman. In his decision Tuesday he argued that the area 100 miles inland falls under a “border exemption.”
“Laptops have only come into widespread use in the twenty-first century. Prior to that time, lawyers, photographers, and scholars managed to travel overseas and consult with clients, take photographs, and conduct scholarly research.”
“No one ever suggested the possibility of a border search had a chilling effect on his or her First Amendment rights. While it is true that laptops make overseas work more convenient, the precaution plaintiffs may choose to take to ‘mitigate’ the alleged harm associated with the remote possibility of a border search are simply among the many inconveniences associated with international travel”
Here is the Department of Homeland Security report on border patrol searches of Americans. Paragraph (b) states:
Reasonable distance; fixing by chief patrol agents and special agents in charge. In fixing distances not exceeding 100 air miles pursuant to paragraph (a) of this section, chief patrol agents and special agents in charge shall take into consideration topography, confluence of arteries of transportation leading from external boundaries, density of population, possible inconvenience to the traveling public, types of conveyances used, and reliable information as to movements of persons effecting illegal entry into the United States:
Provided, That whenever in the opinion of a chief patrol agent or special agent in charge a distance in his or her sector or district of more than 100 air miles from any external boundary of the United States would because of unusual circumstances be reasonable, such chief patrol agent or special agent in charge shall forward a complete report with respect to the matter to the Commissioner of CBP, or the Assistant Secretary for ICE, as appropriate, who may, if he determines that such action is justified, declare such distance to be reasonable.
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

My comments: Every Christian should understand the Obama and the Democrats want OPEN BORDERS. They want One World Government as does Satan. This action is pursuant to that End.
