Freedom In Christ Alone

How beautiful is the freedom found in Christ alone

So pure and clean like a mountain stream

My life has been atoned

Jesus, You're my freedom, You're the Spirit inside of me

Jesus, You're my freedom, You set my heart to be free

The beauty and grace found in Your face

Is more than I can take in

Jesus, You're my freedom, You're the Spirit inside of me

Jesus, You're my freedom, You set my heart to be free

We live in a world in bondage to sin; every person being born into sin,

Condemned [John 3:18] and headed for Hell:

For ALL that is in the world, the lust of the flesh

[Craving for sensual gratification], and the lust of the eyes

[Greedy longings of the mind] and the pride of life

[Assurance in one's own resources or in the stability of earthly things]--

These do not come from the Father but are from the world [itself].

And the world passes away and disappears,

And with it the forbidden cravings

(The passionate desires, the lust) of it;

But he who does the will of God and carries out His purposes in his life,

Abides (remains) FOREVER. (1 John 2:16-17 AMP)

The bondage of the world is seen all around us

Especially in advertisements and commercial publications.

Virtually every advertisement appeals to the forbidden cravings of man;

The craving for sensual gratification, the greedy longings of the mind

And the pride of life; the assurance of one's own resources 

And the stability of earthly things. These are Satan's tools.  

Christ Jesus came to set us FREE

From the heart set, mind-set and bondage of this fallen world.

That FREEDOM is found in only one place, the Kingdom of God.

That Kingdom resides in those who believe

And receive Christ Jesus as Savior and Lord.

The Kingdom of God is the only place of FREEDOM that exists.

FREEDOM brings REST.

He who dwells in the shelter [the Secret Place, the Kingdom]

Of the Most High God

Will REST in the shadow of the Almighty.

I will say of the Lord, 'He is my REFUGE [my place of FREEDOM]

And my FORTRESS, my God, in Whom I trust.' (Psalm 91:1-2)

Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness.

This is the highest priority of those who belong to Christ

Because this is where Christ is found, in His Kingdom.

Unless we abide in Christ, in His Kingdom, we can do NOTHING of value.

(John 15:1-17)

Unless we abide in Christ we are not FREE

Because outside of His Kingdom there is no FREEDOM.

It is for FREEDOM that Christ has set us FREE.

Stand firm [in the Kingdom of God], then,

And do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery [to sin].

(Galatians 5:1)

I tell you the truth, everyone who sins is a slave to sin.

Now a slave has no permanent place in the family,

But a son belongs to it forever.

So if the Son set you FREE, you will be FREE indeed. (John 8:34-36)

Christ has set you FREE if you are no longer a slave to sin.

Christ alone, the Spirit of God alone, can set anyone FREE.

Only Christ living in and through you can keep you FREE.

Only the FREE belong to Christ and live in the Kingdom of God.

To live in the Kingdom of God is to die to this world and it's lusts.

To live in the Kingdom of God is to realize

That what God has given to us who belong to Him

Is infinitely more wonderful than anything the world has to offer

And it is permanent and FOREVER.

Nothing in this world compares to what God offers in His Kingdom

In the here and now as well as the by and by.

You cannot appreciate what God has given us outside of His Kingdom.

Only by living in His Kingdom can we appreciate what He has given us.

Only living in His Kingdom does the fullness of His Glory reveal itself.

Only by living His Way, in His Truth and in His LIFE

Do we appreciate His magnificent and infinite provision.

Everything in the natural is exceedingly better, living in the Kingdom of God.

You cannot appreciate what God has given us in the natural

Except that you are living in the Kingdom of God.

God's Secret Wisdom [The message of FREEDOM]

My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive worlds,

But with a demonstration of the Spirit's Power,

So that your faith might not rest on men's wisdom, but on God's Power.

We do, however, speak a message of wisdom among the MATURE,

But not the wisdom of this age or of the rulers of this age,

Who are coming to NOTHING.

No, we speak of God's secret wisdom, a wisdom that has been hidden

And that God destined for our glory before time began.

None of the rulers of this age understood it,

For if they had they would not have crucified the Lord of Glory.

However, as it is written:

'No eye has seen, and no ear has heard, no mind conceived

What God has prepared for those who love Him'

But God has revealed it to us by His Spirit.

And the Spirit searches ALL things even the deep things of God.

(1 Corinthians 2:4-10)

Your FREEDOM rests on God's Secret Wisdom and Power.

It rests on Christ living in and through you, your hope of Glory.

(Colossians 1:27)

Only Christ living in and through you will enable you to OVERCOME this world And the Evil One who rules it.

To OVERCOME this world by the Power of Christ is the ULTIMATE FREEDOM.

Today, the world is raging against God, rushing toward oblivion. (Psalm 2)

America is being ground to powder because of her SIN against God.

Save yourself from this Corrupt Generation! (Acts 2:40)

As God has written, so shall it be! Hallelujah! Maranatha!

Father, Your Kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as in Heaven!
