Christ
Jesus is the power of God's Creation.
Through
Him everything that exists was made. (John 1:3)
Christ
Jesus showed throughout His ministry His power
Through
signs and wonders.
He
rose from the dead by the power of God.
All
authority, all power in Heaven and on earth has been given to Him.
(Matthew
28:18)
Christ
Jesus told His disciples that they would receive power
When
the Holy Spirit came upon them at Pentecost. (Acts 1:8)
The
Church of God is a Church with the power of God manifested.
There
is no Church of God without the manifested power of God.
The apostle Paul said:
My
message and my preaching
Were
not with wise and persuasive words,
But
with a demonstration of the Spirit's power,
So
that your faith might not rest on men's wisdom,
But
on God's power. (1 Corinthians 2:4-5)
The
faith of those who believe in Christ Jesus
Is
not to rest on man's wisdom but on God's power.
The
manifested power of God
Confirmed
the message of the first disciples.
After
His resurrection Christ Jesus told His disciples:
'Go
into all the world and preach the Good News to all creation.
Whoever
believes and is baptized will be saved,
But
whoever does not believe will be condemned.
And
these signs will accompany those who believe:
In
My Name they will drive out demons; They will speak in new tongues;
They
will pick up snakes with their hands;
And
when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all;
They
will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.'
After
the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, He was taken up into heaven
And He
sat at the right hand of God.
Then
the disciples went out and preached every where,
And
the Lord worked with them
And
confirmed His Word by THE SIGNS that accompanied it.
(Mark
16:15-20)
The
Book of Acts is a
testament of God manifesting His power in His Church.
The
Church [Israel] that Christ Jesus came to was a powerless Church.
In
fact, although Israel believed they were God's Church, they were not.
The
religious leaders of Israel, God's Church of the time, hated Christ
Jesus Because He manifested the power of God that they did not have.
The
whole world went after Christ Jesus
But
not after them and they were jealous. (John 12:19)
As
a result of their jealousy, the Church of God, Israel,
Crucified
the Christ of God.
When
Israel crucified the Christ of God
Their
house was left to them desolate as Christ had prophesied. (Luke
13:35)
Jerusalem
and their Temple were destroyed in 70 A.D.
They
had said let the blood of Christ be upon us and our children
And
by the power of Christ they got what they asked for.
Israel
was not restored as a nation until 1948,
And
that by the the prophetic Word of God; by the power of God.
On
The Day Of Pentecost, God gave birth to His Church anew;
A
Church with power as is demonstrated throughout The Book Of Acts.
This
power of God's Church has been demonstrated
In
every generation since Pentecost up to this present day.
There
is no Church of God without the power of God manifested.
The
faith of God's Church will rest upon God's manifested power
As
the apostle Paul proclaimed.
This
manifested power will be signs and wonders
And
the overwhelming Presence of the Living God;
A
pillar of cloud by day and a pillar of fire by night,
As
in the days of Moses.
As we move forward from today
according to God's time line
We will see this reality made clear.
The Bride of Christ will come to His
church with the manifested power of God
As did Christ Jesus.
How The Church of God responses to
this manifested power
Will determine her future.
Many will respond as did Israel in
the time of Christ Jesus,
And their house will be left to them
desolate.
Some will respond by welcoming
Christ, His Bride, and His power
And the Church of God will be born
anew;
There
will be a New Book Of Acts written in this Last Day! Hallelujah!
The latter house will be greater
than the former house! (Haggai 2:9)
Today,
the world is raging against God, rushing toward oblivion. (Psalm 2)
America
is being ground to powder because of her SIN against God.
Save
yourself from this Corrupt Generation! (Acts 2:40)
As
God has written, so shall it be! Hallelujah! Maranatha!
Father,
Your Kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as in Heaven!
