Who Is the Greatest In The Kingdom Of Heaven?
At that time the disciples came to Jesus and asked,
'Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?'
He called a little child and had him stand among them.
And he said: 'I tell you the truth,
Unless you change and become like little children,
You will never enter the kingdom of heaven.
Therefore, whoever humbles himself like this child
Is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.
And whoever welcomes a little child like this in my name
Welcomes me. (Matthew 18:1-5)
Welcomes me. (Matthew 18:1-5)
[Jesus is telling us here
That the only access to the Kingdom of God
That the only access to the Kingdom of God
Is a child like attitude; child like faith.
The intelligence of God is infinitely greater
Than the intelligence of man.
Than the intelligence of man.
We must recognize this fact,
And humble ourselves before our all knowing, all powerful,
All seeing, present everywhere, self-existent, God;
God, who is the Way, the Truth and the LIFE;
God who is Love and Light.
When we hear the voice of God
And say yes to Him and His Christ;
And say yes to Him and His Christ;
When we wait for and experience our personal Day of Pentecost;
Then our Father imparts His Holy Spirit to live within us;
The Holy Spirit living within us
Enables us to come before our God as a child.
Enables us to come before our God as a child.
When we come before our Father as a child,
He makes us ONE with Himself;
He makes us ONE with Himself;
By the power of His Spirit and then everything He has is ours;
We become like Him because we see Him as He is;
We enter fully into His LIFE
And become ONE with Him in character and being.
And become ONE with Him in character and being.
This is the magnificence of God's Grace.
Who among us can be the greatest, when we all are ONE.
However, God alone is LIFE,
He simply allows us to enter into His LIFE,
He simply allows us to enter into His LIFE,
By the power of His Holy Spirit; by His Grace.
'No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived
What God has prepared for those who love him'
But God has revealed it to us by his Spirit.
The Spirit searches all things,
Even the deep things of God. (1 Corinthians 2:9-10)]
