Christ Brought A Holy Fire

The Lord of Glory came to the earth

To bring a holy fire

A fire that burns in the hearts of a people

Chosen to be His own

A fire that kindles a holy passion

For the Way, the Truth and the LIFE

O' people of God, fan into flame

The gift that He has place in you

Fan the flame, spread the fire

Make me Lord, fuel for Your holy fire

Until nothing is left of me and Christ alone is seen

On The Day of Pentecost the Lord ignited a holy fire

That has burned in every generation since.

As the Bride of Christ stands up in this generation

It will burn again, until Christ alone is seen;

Until His Bride is ONE with Him,

And the whole world knows that Jesus is the Christ of God.

(John 17)

As The Bride of Christ stands up she will be hated by the world,

As Christ Jesus was hated by the world,

Because He tells the world what they do is evil. (John 15:18-20)

The devil fears Christ Jesus 

Because Christ Jesus has defeated him.

Christ has won the victory over death, hell and the grave.

The only question for each one of us is:

Will we stand in His victory?

Will we allow the fire of God to consume us?

A Year For The Ages

     The New Year is always a time for hope, and hope is one of the most powerful forces. It is often a time when we resolve to fulfill certain vows like getting in shape, spending more time with family, or being faithful to certain spiritual disciplines like more prayer or Bible study. These often help people focus enough to actually accomplish them, certainly a good thing.

     This is the year the Mayan calendar indicated would be the end of the world. As the Apostle Paul wrote about the Cretan prophets, that they were right about what they were saying about the Cretans, even false prophets can be right about some things. In a way, I think the Mayan calendar is right—this year will mark the end of this world as we know it.

     I am not prophesying that this year will be the end of the world, or the end of the age, or the second coming of Christ. I am saying radical changes are coming to the whole world this year. Whether they turn out for good or bad will depend more on the body of Christ than any other factor. This year will be the greatest opportunity we’ve had, not just in our generation, but maybe ever. Times of change are usually steered by a small number of people, and if just a small part of the body of Christ wakes up and gets engaged, the impact this year can be greater than ever.

     I do not know exactly how this will play out, but I know that it will. We all “see in part” and “prophesy in part.” After personally going through several years with very little prophetic revelation, I have been getting a download recently and almost all of it has to do with the body of Christ waking up and getting engaged.

     The reason I have not received much revelation in the last five years is because I was given an assignment and a promise that if I was faithful, I would get the greatest revelation I have ever had at the end of this assignment. Even so, I have been given a download recently because the times are so critical. The most critical issue coming upon us right now is that the greatest revival and ingathering in history is nearly upon us, and we are not ready for it.

     Several prophetic friends have been hearing from the Lord, “Small is the next big.” I was told that this is true and was shown one way it applied. As I shared in last week’s WFTW, when I was given the vision of the harvest in 1987, I saw two waves of revival coming. One began a couple of years later and lasted about sixteen years. Though it swept through South and Central America, Africa, and Asia with the greatest ingathering of new believers in history, it just about missed North America and Europe. I then saw a period of relative quiet before another, much larger wave swept across the whole earth that would be the greatest move of God in history. We are at the end of this period of relative spiritual quiet that I saw, and the next wave is nearly upon us.

     In this second wave that I saw, there were congregations of one hundred people that were adding a thousand new believers a week. This sounds wonderful, and it was, but it also brought enormous stress upon the churches. These new believers will need healing, deliverance, and teaching in sound biblical truth. Christians who had taught or spoken in a church service were suddenly leading large congregations of new believers.

     We might think that mega churches would be adding tens of thousands of new believers a week in such a harvest, but that was not the case. All churches will be adding people, but the mega churches were not adding thousands like the small churches—only a relative few. This was because they were less prepared for the harvest than the smaller churches. The reason they were not as prepared was they had been devoted to building programs rather than people, and the smaller churches had done a better job building their people.

     This is not true of all mega churches, and it is not true of all smaller churches, but it is generally true. We must get ready for the ingathering. Every farmer knows that when it is harvest time, you cannot waste time—it is all hands on deck. There are many things we need to do to be ready, but the main thing is to help every present member of our congregations be true disciples of Christ, knowing their gifts, ministries, and being released to use them—the Ephesians 4 mandate.

     We have a short period of time to prepare for the work of a lifetime. This is the time that the prophets and righteous of old desired to see, and we have been called to live in them. This is the year to get engaged in the work of the kingdom like we never have before. Those who are will begin to see it like never before. The kingdom of God is at hand.

Who Leads The Whole World Astray

The great dragon was hurled down--

That ancient serpent called the devil or Satan,

Who leads the whole world astray.

He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him. (Revelation 12:9)

The whole world that is astray includes everyone

Who does not belong to Christ Jesus;

Everyone who is not water washed, blood washed,

Filled with the Holy Spirit and walking in the Light of Christ Jesus.

Nevertheless, the Day of Rest is coming soon, the Millennium;

A thousand years without sin. Hallelujah!

The Father has worked with mankind for six thousand years

And it is time for His rest and rest for those who belong to His Christ, Jesus.

Today, the Serpent is preparing the deceived world, that belongs to him,

For the reveling of their “savior,” the Antichrist;

Who the world will welcome with open arms;

They will worship him and receive his “mark,” damning themselves to hell.

Having rejected the Christ of God.

Christ Jesus said of this day:

Be ready for service and keep your lamps burning,

Like men waiting for their Master to return from a wedding banquet,

So that when He comes and knocks

They can immediately open the door for Him.

It will be good for those servants

Whose Master finds them watching when He comes.

I tell you the truth, He will dress Himself to serve,

Will have them recline at the table and will come and wait on them.

It will be good for those servants whose Master finds them ready,

Even if He comes in the second or third watch of the night.

But understand this:

If the owner of the house had known at what hour the thief was coming,

He would not have let his house be broken into.

You also must be ready, because the Son of man will come at an hour

When you do not expect Him.' (Luke 12:35-40 NIV)

You Are Unique In Christ

There is not another one like you.

Each one of us was created by God to become ONE with Him.

To become as He is, with our unique, God given personality.

When we see Him (Christ Jesus) we will be as He is

Because we will see Him as He is. (1 John 3:2-3)

We, who belong to Christ Jesus,

Are each an essential part of His Kingdom.

Each one of us is a spiritual stone built into a spiritual house

Whose architect and builder is God. (Hebrews 11:10)

A stone which is a part of a natural house is essential to that house.

So it is with us and the spiritual house we are being built into.

You are so unique and essential

That Christ Jesus has given you a unique name, a nick name,

Know only by you and Him. (Revelation 2:17)

In this world we can struggle to be accepted

However, in the Kingdom of God we are beyond accepted;

We are an essential part of it because God has made it that way.

Christ Jesus has given us His Kingdom (Luke 12:32), Matthew 16:19);

It is yours and mine and His.

Christ Jesus said:
My prayer is not for them alone (those living at that time).

I pray also for those who will believe in Me through their message,

That all of them may be ONE,

Father, just as You are in Me and I am in You.

May they also be in Us

So that the world may believe that You have sent Me

I have given them the glory that You gave Me,

That they may be ONE as We are ONE.

I in them and You in Me.

May they be brought to complete unity

To let the world know that You sent Me

And have loved them even as You have loved Me.

Father, I want those You have given Me to be with Me where I am,

And to see My glory, the glory You have given Me

Because You loved Me before the creation of the world

(and God has love you and me from the creation of the world)

Righteous Father, though the world does not know You,

I know You, and they know that You have sent Me.

I have made You known to them,

And will continue to make You know

In order that the love You have for Me may be in them

And that I Myself may be in them. (John 17:20-26)

My brother and my sister, do not be confused.

Our Kingdom is not of this world

Our Kingdom is righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.

It is the Secret Place of the Most High.

Where we find rest in the shadow of the Almighty.

This world in its present form is passing away (1 Corinthians 7:31),

But we are going from glory to glory (2 Corinthians 3:16-18)

And will soon see Christ Jesus face to face (1Corinthians 13:12)

Soon, We will enter Zion with singing

Everlasting joy will crown our heads.

Gladness and joy will overtake us

And sorrow and sighing will flee away. (Isaiah 51:11)

Hallelujah!

The only ones who can hear this message 

Are those the Father has given to Christ Jesus;

Those who have ears to hear what the Spirit is saying today.

God's Warning To America

Here, all who live in America

I warn you--

If you would but listen to me, O America!

You shall have no foreign god among you;

You shall not bow down to an alien god.

Out of your ignorance and rebelliousness,

You have created innumerable gods for yourselves;

Your idols of persons of various sorts, money, prestige,

And power in your pitiful world.

I am the Lord your God,

Who brought you up out of Egypt

(out of the gripe of oppression

that was your previous circumstance)

Open wide your mouth and I will fill it.

(with my Word and My LIFE)

But America would not listen to me;

America would not submit to me.

So I gave them over to their stubborn hearts

To follow their own devices.

If America would have listened to me,

If America would follow my ways,

How quickly would I subdue their enemies

And turn my hand against their foes!

Those who hate the Lord would cringe before him,

And their punishment would last forever.

But America would be fed with the finest of wheat;

With honey from the rock

The Bride Of Christ!

This is the Bride that Christ Jesus is coming for

The romance of all the ages will soon be consummated

The Lord of Glory will come for His Bride
