Heaven Is Our Destination Where We Will Be ONE With The Lord Forever

Today, we are in The Season Of The Last Generation. The Birth Pains that Christ Jesus spoke about are currently under way, including natural and unnatural disasters. They will be ever increasing. Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold. Social, economic and political turmoil will be ever increasing, causing people's hearts to be weighed down with dissipation, drunkenness and the anxieties of life. An apostasy within the Church of God is currently under way. This will all reach a climax with Satan revealing his Antichrist and requiring that everyone worship him; That every one receive his "mark" in order to buy or sell; The new currency of the New World Order, the New Tower of Babel.

Today, it is critical that those who have a heart for God are aware of what God is doing and speaking today. God is opening up His Word like never before in preparation for The Time Of The END. I exhort you to open up your heart and your eyes to see what He is doing and your ears to hear what God is speaking at this time. My prayer is that we will be able to stand before the Son of Man at His appearing, without fault and with great joy. I encourage you to read David Wilkerson's book, America's Last Call at davidwilkersontoday.blogspot.com. Also, Google, Tommy Hicks Prophecy, 1961 for a view of the End Times.

Tom's books include: Called By Christ To Be ONE, The Time Of The END, The Season Of The Last Generation, Worship God In Spirit And In Truth, Daniel And The Time Of The END, and Overcoming The Evil One. They are available at amazon.com. They can also be read without cost by clicking on link: Toms Books.

To receive Christ Jesus as a child by faith is the highest human achievement.

Today, the Bride Of Christ is rising up in every nation in the world! Giving Glory to Her Savior and King, Christ Jesus!
Today, the world is Raging against God, Rushing toward Oblivion! Save yourself from this Corrupt Generation!
Today, America is being ground to powder because of it's SIN against God!

STATE DEMANDS BLOOD OF NEWBORNS: JUDGE ISSUES RULING

State demands blood of newborns: Judge issues ruling

'Now law enforcement is accessing these samples'

Share to GabPrint

A years-long fight over whether the government is allowed to demand from newborns and their parents access to the infants' DNA, and how it can use it, has reached a conclusion in Michigan, where a federal judge has decided that such programs likely are unconstitutional.

The issue has arisen before, in other states, including Minnesota where a successful fight was brought against the state government by the Citizen's Council for Health Freedom over the acquisition and ownership of the DNA of newborns.

Twila Brase, president of the organization, noted that her discovery of "the secret" of DNA data confiscation and the use of "Baby DNA" also led to a successful lawsuit in Texas.

The Michigan case, however, she explained is the "first and biggest federal win against unconsented storage of newborn DNA in the country."

The issue is that hospitals routinely take blood samples from newborns to screen them for a variety of health conditions. With that information, doctors can recommend immediate treatment for various conditions that may appear.

But the fights have been over what happens to those blood samples later. Brase's fight in Minnesota was over the fact that the state was keeping, allowing research on, and permitting other commercial activities with those DNA samples, which legally belonged to those individuals.

In Michigan, the Department of Health and Human Services has collected blood samples since the 1960s. Since the 1980s, those millions of samples have been kept, and the state has allowed a variety of research and other projects using that data.

Network affiliate WJRT in Saginaw County reported that the U.S. District Judge Thomas Ludington, who years ago had dismissed the lawsuit but was given it again when the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals reinstated it, made the most recent decision, too.

His conclusion that some of the samples definitely were taken in an unconstitutional manner, while others, after consent forms were changed, may or may not qualify constitutionally.

Lawyer Phil Ellison has been representing parents and children in the lawsuit, and said of the tests, "They don’t tell the parents, they don’t explain it to the parents, they just do it."

The judge, Ellison explained, "ruled that the two parents of the two children who were born before May 1st 2010, had their constitutional substantive due process rights violated, basically your right to be a parent was violated when the government, being the state of Michigan, kept, retained without permission or consent the blood spots or blood samples of children that they had taken during the newborn screening process."

Additionally, the ruling said blood samples taken after May 2010 "may also be unconstitutional," the report said.

Ellison said the health screenings are important, but charged in the lawsuit the state cannot do what it has been doing without consent.

"What starts out as a good, probably noble public policy idea of testing children early for diseases, now has turned into, we are going to keep the data, we are going to keep the blood samples , we are going to sell the blood samples, we are going to trade the blood samples, now law enforcement is accessing these samples, we have found out," he told the broadcast outlet.

WND reported when the 6th Circuit issued ordered in 2019 that the Michigan case be reinstated that the Minnesota case had resulted in a parental consent amendment to the Newborn Screening Saves Lives Reauthorization Act of 2014.That now requires parental consent for any governmental use of newborn dried blood spots, which contain DNA.

The 6th Circuit had ordered, "The parents have a fundamental right to direct the medical care of their children, and their claims may go forward so that the parties can present evidence related to defendants' actions and the legal implications of those actions."

Labor Day Considerations

And whatever you do, do it heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.

— Colossians 3:23

Your work matters before God. We should do it for His glory.

Look at the difference the Savior has made in reference to labor.

Jesus Christ picked up the saw and the hammer and the plane; and in so doing He wrought a miracle in civilization. Most people are totally unaware of what that did.

But it changed the whole concept of work.

Do you realize that in ancient Greece or Rome honest work was despised as servile and was consigned to slaves?

But Christ came and He gave a new dignity to labor.

Before the word of God had come and taken over countries there were only slaves.

Half the Roman Empire at the time of Christ was slaves and serfs.

But those slaves and serfs in the lands where the Gospel of Christ has come have been translated into the working classes.

And in America where the Word of God has come more fully, they were translated into the middle class—out of poverty and into economic well-being.

All honest labor is holy unto the Lord.

Question to ponder:
How do you feel about your work? Do you see it as a service to God?

DON'T BET AGAINST THE WORD OF GOD

Don't bet against the Word of God
Amazon carrying on tradition of making the Bible the most banned book in history

by Joseph Farah

There are a lot of people betting against the Word of God.

I advise against it.

What am I talking about?

For starters, it’s been a couple years since the Bible was officially banned for sale to 1.4 billion people in China.

Did you realize that?
Maybe you never even heard the news about the day Amazon and other online retailers complied with demands by China to stop selling Bibles.
It was in the New York Times – and they got it mostly right.

I could not find it in the Washington Post, the paper owned by Amazon’s Jeff Bezos. Understandable.
I mean, when was the last time you saw a newspaper report its owner’s involvement in a religious book-burning issue.

There are a lot of strange twists to this story.

People have risked their lives to smuggle God’s Word into China ever since the communists took over sixty-seven years ago.
China’s underground Christians are known for dividing up Bibles one page per person, committing the Scriptures to memorization and then exchanging them among within their secret meetings.

Hard to believe, isn’t it?

Most Americans take the Word of God for granted.
Some 88 percent have at least one copy.
The average family owns more than four.

That is not the norm – not in today’s world, nor thoughout history.

Those attempting to publish the Bible were burned at the stake – in 14th century England!

From Saudi Arabia to Turkmenistan, many Islamic countries ban the Bible today, while others make it extremely difficult to find copies in Arabic or other native language.

North Korea still officially imposes a death sentence for those found with Bibles.

The history of the Bible shows it to be far and away the most burned and banned book in the world.

What’s my point today?

I have several:
  1. The Bible tells us that Satan is “the prince of this world.” He’s at war with the God of the Bible. He’s got a limited time left before he is cast out, bound and crushed. But until that judgment, he will continue to roar like a lion. (1 Peter 5:8) Coincidence? And remember, his game is ruling the world without ever drawing too much attention to himself. In fact, his greatest accomplishment has been to convince people he doesn’t exist.
  2. About 50 percent of all books purchased in the U.S. are now bought at Amazon.com – and, in cooperation with the Chinese totalitarian government, Amazon bans the Bible. (It’s worth noting that Jeff Bezos, the founder of Amazon, was petitioned earlier this year to ban all books designated as “hate speech” by Keith Ellison, the deputy chairman of the Democratic National Committee, a congressman from Minnesota and a candidate next month for the highest law enforcement position in that state.)
  3. The Bible describes something worse than physical hunger in the world – such as when there are times of spiritual famines of the Word of God. Amos 8:11-12 records: “Behold, the days come, saith the Lord God, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the Lord: And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the Lord, and shall not find it.”

--

But, in light of these developments, there’s something I find even more disturbing.

That while the Word of God is banned around the world today, some of the most famous pastors, preachers and teachers are strongly advocating that Christians stop relying on the Word of God, which the book of Hebrews describes as "quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.” (Hebrews 4:12)

They say it’s irrelevant.

They say it’s obsolete.

They say young people will no longer respond to the beckoning of the Word of God.

They say its time for a new approach.

Some leaders of the American church today even tell us that the Word of God was abandoned by the apostles in the first century, yet the apostles’ own words speak forcefully and unequivocally in opposition to that idea.

Acts 19:20: “So mightily grew the word of God and prevailed.”

When Josiah became king of Israel, the people had lost the Word of God though neglect. It was gone. Then one day a priest found the book of the law.

Josiah read to the people day and night.

For that reason, Josiah is described in 2 Kings 23:25:

“And like unto him was there no king before him, that turned to the Lord with all his heart, and with all his soul, and with all his might, according to all the law of Moses; neither after him arose there any like him.”

One of my favorite passages is found in Isaiah 55:11:

“So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.”

And remember Who is the Word of God from Creation through eternity? Jesus. (Revelation 19:13)

How Bible Prophecy Gives Us Perspective

LISTEN

“God blesses the one who reads the words of this prophecy to the church, and he blesses all who listen to its message and obey what it says, for the time is near.”

—Revelation 1:3

Have you ever wondered what will happen in the future?

Have you ever wished you could see what will take place?

In some ways I’m glad I don’t know the future.

God knows the future, I know Him, and that’s enough.

The book of Revelation, however, gives us a glimpse into the future.

In fact, the Bible says there’s a special blessing promised to those who hear and keep the words of this book (see Revelation 1:3).

Revelation means “the unveiling,” because it is not God’s desire to conceal but to reveal.

And one thing I’ve learned from studying this great book is that God has a plan, and everything is right on schedule. I’ve also discovered that the best is yet to come, and as followers of Jesus Christ, we win in the end.

When we study Revelation, and Bible prophecy in general, we gain perspective.

When we learn about the future, it motivates us to live righteously in the present.

And how we view the future is important.

If we believe that Jesus could return at any moment, it will affect the way that we live.

For instance, when you were a child and did something wrong, maybe your mother said, “Just wait until your father gets home!”

Did you look forward to his arrival?

No, you didn’t.

When you heard his car pull into the driveway and knew he was walking up to the door, you were afraid.

On the other hand, if you were good and didn’t get into trouble that day, you could hardly wait until your father got home.

Now let’s apply that to the Lord’s return.

If we’re right with God, then we’re looking forward to it.

But if we’ve disobeyed Him, then maybe we’re dreading it.

Our belief in the imminent return of Jesus has an effect on us and on the way we live.
