REPORT: MUELLER REFERRED TONY PODESTA CASE TO NEW YORK PROSECUTORS

Special Counsel Robert Mueller has referred cases on a group of prominent American lobbyists, including Democrat-connected superlobbyist Tony Podesta, to federal prosecutors in New York as part of an inquiry into whether the operatives worked as unregistered foreign agents.

Mueller also referred former Obama White House General Counsel Greg Craig and former Minnesota Republican Rep. Vin Weber to the New York office as part of the inquiry, according to CNN.

All three of the lobbyists worked with former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort on a campaign to help former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych.

Mueller has indicted Manafort in two federal jurisdictions on a slew of charges related to his work for Yanukovcyh, including tax evasion and acting as an unregistered foreign agent. Manafort went on trial in Virginia on Tuesday.

Manafort, a longtime Republican political consultant, worked for a political party connected to Yanukovych from 2005 to 2014, two years before he joined the Trump campaign.

Podesta’s firm, the Podesta Group, and Weber’s firm, Mercury Public Affairs, worked on behalf of the European Centre for a Modern Ukraine, a think tank linked to Yanukovych.

Craig’s former law firm, Skadden Arps, worked with Manafort in 2012 to produce a report aimed at justifying the imprisonment of Yulia Tymoshenko, a Ukrainian politician who opposed Yanukovych, a close ally of Vladimir Putin’s.

Podesta, Weber and Craig have not been charged with any crimes or accused of any wrongdoing. It is unclear whether the Mueller referrals indicate that they are being investigated for a crime.

Another former former Skadden Arps lawyer, Alex van der Zwaan, has pleaded guilty to Mueller’s prosecutors for lying to the FBI about his work with Manafort. Van der Zwaan worked closely with Craig on the Ukraine project.

According to CNN, Mueller referred information about Podesta to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of New York (SDNY) shortly before a raid against former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen. Mueller also referred the Cohen case to SDNY prosecutors.

Podesta, the brother of Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta, closed the Podesta Group late last year. Craig left Skadden Arps in April, shortly after van der Zwaan was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Mercury Public Affairs has fared somewhat better. The GOP-linked firm has thrived under the Trump administration.

My comments: Mueller remains focused on RUINING anyone and everyone that participated in the Trump Campaign, hoping to get one  of them to testify against Trump, while at the same time, ignoring the wrong-doing of the Democrats.

STRZOK GAVE MUELLER "SPECIAL AUTHORITIES" TO TARGET TRUMP

New Emails Show Strzok Gave Special Counsel “Special Authorities” to Target Trump

Anti-Trump FBI agent, Peter Strzok, insisted on maintaining special authorities before joining Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team, according to newly released emails obtained by Judicial Watch.

Special Counsel should tell us if Strzok abused his special authorities to target President Trump

In a July 13, 2017 email to numerous FBI officials (some of whom are redacted), Strzok says he wants to keep the privileges he had while serving as the deputy assistant director (DAD) in the counterintelligence division (CD) of the FBI:

“Broadly, I need to be able to act at least in the capacity of my old CD DAD job – approve NSLs [national security letters], conduct [redacted] declassify information, [redacted] agent travel, requisitions, etc.  Of those, the most problematic and one of the most essential is declassification authority.”

FBI assistant director of the counterintelligence division, William Priestap, responded:

“In answer to your initial question, while assigned to the Special Counsel’s office, you will retain your CD DAD authorities, to include declassification authority.  Since you will take your non-transferrable declassification authority with you, CD will work to obtain another declassification authority slot for the DAD who is chosen to replace you.  Assuming the 7th floor approves, you will remain on CD’s books as a fourth (floating) DAD.  When you move on from your DAD position, your DAD slot will revert back to HRD.”

In a press release, Judicial Watch President, Tom Fitton, says, “These new emails show anti-Trump FBI official Peter Strzok’s ‘assignment’ gave the Mueller Special Counsel operation special authorities to target President Trump. We know Strzok can’t be trusted and the Special Counsel should tell us if Strzok abused his special authorities to target President Trump.”

My comments: The DOJ, FBI and Mueller were CORRUPT then, and remain CORRUPT today. They comprise a POLICE STATE. If this is not changed, America has No Future.

Hamas Claims Gaza Protests are 'Peaceful,' Then Calls for Killing Every Jew

One of the top Hamas leaders in the Gaza Strip last week again claimed that ongoing demonstrations along the coastal enclave's border with Israel are "peaceful" in nature. 

With his very next breath, he encouraged local Muslims to slaughter every Jew they can get their hands on.

Speaking a funeral at the Great Omari Mosque in Gaza City, Fathi Hamad hailed the "success" of what he called "peaceful" protests at the Gaza security fence that have been going on since the end of March.

"We are making history with our peacefulness and our peaceful movement," Hamas insisted.

Contrary to Hamad's remarks, those protests have been marked by routine violence, including the flying of thousands of "fire kites" into southern Israel, resulting in the destruction of vast swaths of agricultural fields and nature reserves.

Unable to any longer resist the urge to incite at least a little violence, and exposing the true nature of the Gaza riots, Hamad blurted out:

"O Muslims, wherever you find a Zionist Jew, you must kill him because that is an expression of your solidarity with the al-Aqsa Mosque and an expression of your solidarity with… your Jerusalem, your Palestine and… your people."
