Christians: Aliens And Strangers!

Dear friends, I urge you, as aliens and strangers in the world,

To abstain from sinful desires, which war against your soul. (1 Peter 2:11)

Christ Jesus said:

'If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated Me first.

If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own.

As it is, you do not belong to the world,

But I have chosen you out of the world.

That is why the world hates you.

Remember the words I spoke to you:

'No servant is greater than his master.'

If they persecuted Me, they will persecute you also.

If they obey My teaching, they will obey yours also.

They will treat you this way because of My name,

For they do not know the One who sent Me.

If I had not come and spoken to them, they would not be guilty of sin.

Now, however, they have no excuse for their sin.

He who hates Me, hates My Father as well.

If I had not done among them what no one else did,

They would not be guilty of sin.

But now they have seen these miracles,

And yet they have hated both Me and My Father.

But this is to fulfill what is written in their Law:

'They hated Me without reason.' [Psalm 35:19, 69:4] (John 15:18-25)

The apostle James says:

You adulterous people,

Don't you know that friendship with the world is hatred toward God?

Anyone who chooses to be a friend of the world becomes an enemy of God.

(James 4:4)

The apostle Paul says:

For we are to God the aroma of Christ among those who are being saved

And to those who are perishing.

To the one we are the smell of death;

To the other, the fragrance of life. (2 Corinthians 2:15-16)

This is an issue seldom addressed.

If you have been born again, and are walking in the Light of Christ,

You will be hated by the world, because the world belongs to Satan,

Who is the arch enemy of Christ.

Satan stands defeated and is bitter and angry over this fact,

Because Christ has won the victory over death, Hell and the grave.

Nevertheless, Satan is determined

To take as many people to Hell with Him as he can.

His mission is to steal, kill and destroy and he is good at it;

He has six thousand years of practice deceiving mankind.

This is the context of the world that we currently live in.

It is a battle zone and we are aliens and strangers in it.

We are living in the Last Hour of the Last Day.

Satan knows that his time is short.

Soon he will present to this deceived and fallen world,

His son, The Antichrist.

This will be his ultimate deception.

The Antichrist will be presented as the “savior of the world.”

He will be the answer to all the problems of the world.

However, those who belong to Christ will be hated even more

Because they will not go along with this deception.

Even now Satan is preparing the world to receive his Antichrist.

America and the nations of the world are becoming ever more godless

And ever more desperate.

They have failed in their attempt to create

Their anti-Christ, socialist, communist Paradises.

And they are exceedingly frustrated about this.

They have bankrupted themselves trying;

Not realizing that God will not bless the godless;

And because of this, they would never be able to achieve their goal.

Satan will present his Antichrist as the answer to all the worlds problems;

The world will accept him and then he will fail,

As God pours out His Great Tribulation on a godless humanity.

The more frustrated the nations become

The more Christians will be blamed for their problems;

The more persecution will be perpetrated upon them.

Many Christians will fall away from the faith because of this persecution.

Families will be pitted against each other.

There will be a great apostasy and rebellion within the Church,

As there was in Germany under Hitler;

Of Christians turning against God and His Word.

This persecution, falling away, and apostasy are underway at this time.

It will be ever increasing.

Because of the increase of wickedness the love of most will grow cold

As Christ Jesus warned.

Gather with those you can trust “in Christ.”

God will send to us those who will come to Christ in this Last Day.

We will overcome this world and the evil one by the blood of the Lamb

And the word of our testimony,

Not loving this life so much as to shrink from death.

Hear God's promise to us:

In That Day the Lord Almighty will be a glorious crown, a beautiful wreath

For the remnant of His people.

He will be a Spirit of justice to Him who sits in judgment [Christ],

A source of strength to those [the Bride of Christ]

Who turn back the battle at the gate. (Isaiah 28:5-6)

As God has written, so shall it be! Hallelujah! Maranatha! 

Let The Dead Bury Their Own Dead!

Jesus said to a man, 'Follow Me,'

But the man replied, 'Lord, first let me go and bury my father.'

Jesus said to him, 'Let the dead bury their own dead,

But you go and proclaim the Kingdom of God.' (Luke 9:60)

We learn from this Scripture

That the man Jesus spoke to wanted to wait to follow Jesus

Until his father died.

But Jesus admonished him to get his priorities straight;

That those who do not belong to Jesus are dead spiritually

While the live naturally.

He told the man to let those who are spiritually dead

Bury their own dead.

Jesus was telling the man the overriding importance

Of proclaiming the Kingdom of God.

Their was no hope for the man or his father

In waiting until the father died to follow Jesus.

The only hope for mankind is that they receive the Kingdom of God

And walk in the Light of it.

The Kingdom of God is the only realm that is Eternal.

This brief life we have is gone in a moment.

But God's Kingdom is forever.

Jesus was telling the man to spend his brief life

Proclaiming the Kingdom of God;

In doing that, he would be storing up Treasure in Heaven

And those who received the Kingdom, receive Eternal LIFE.

We are to be fishers of men;

That is why we were given this life; to proclaim The Kingdom of God!

Proclaiming God's Kingdom is a test of our faith.

We do not know who will receive the Kingdom of God.

Jesus told Nicodemus: 'You must be born again,'

The wind blows wherever it pleases.

You hear its sound,

But you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going.

So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.' (John 3:8)

We are to proclaim the reality of the Kingdom of God,

And that it is available to every person.

Everyone who receives it goes from eternal death to Eternal LIFE.

However, God alone gives the increase.

No one came to Jesus unless the Father, by the Spirit drew them.

So, it will be with us.

We also realize that we are to encourage each other daily

To remain in the Kingdom; to walk each day in the Light of Christ Jesus.

In that alone is there hope!

As God has written, so shall it be! Hallelujah! Maranatha!

Christ Has Risen!

This fact has overwhelming importance;

It is the proof that Christ Jesus is who He said He was: the Messiah.

It is the proof that the sacrifice of His body and His blood

Are sufficient to satisfy God's Law;

That without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sins.

Had Christ Jesus not risen from the dead

There would be no proof of this reality.

It is the proof that the joy set before Christ Jesus was not in vain.

The joy set before Him was a Bride without spot, wrinkle or blemish.

Because of His sacrifice, She would overcome this world

By His blood and the word of Her testimony

Not loving this life so much as to shrink from death;

Even as Christ Jesus did not shrink from death.

His death and His blood brings LIFE to all who would believe in Him;

To all those who stood condemned by the by the sin of Adam;

By the sin nature that they were born with because of the original sin.

All mankind, the entire world, every living person,

Stands hopeless, helpless and condemned before a holy God.

Faith in Christ Jesus is the only way out of this predicament.

He is the only WAY, the only TRUTH and the only LIFE.

He is LIFE itself; the only LIFE that exists.

Without Him there would be no LIFE at all.

By His grace and mercy He extends His LIFE, Eternal LIFE, to everyone.

It is appropriated by faith and faith alone.

Faith, that Christ Jesus is the Messiah of God;

And that God the Father raised Christ Jesus from the dead;

That today, He sits at the right hand of the Father in Heaven

Interceding for all who believe.

The last and final proof that Christ Jesus is who He said He was

Is that He is coming soon.

He is coming soon to reclaim the earth He created;

To do away with the kingdom of this world that belongs to Satan;

To do away with sin, the plague of mankind;

To establish His Kingdom on earth for a thousand years, the Millennium.

To consummate His marriage with His Bride

To serve at the magnificent Wedding Supper of the Lamb.

Passover Today!

Passover was God's final judgment on Pharaoh [A type of Antichrist]

When He delivered the Children of Israel out of Egypt 

[A type of the world today].

The Lord said to Moses and Aaron in Egypt,

'This month is to be for you the first month, the first month of your year.

Tell the whole community of Israel that on the tenth day of this month

Each man is to take a lamb for his family, one for each household.

If any household is too small for a whole lamb,

They must share one with their nearest neighbor,

Having taken into account the number of people there are.

You are to determine the amount of lamb needed

In accordance with what each person will eat.

The animals you choose must be year-old males without defect,

And you may take them from the sheep or the goats.

Take care of them until the fourteenth day of the month,

When all the people of the community of Israel

Must slaughter them at twilight.

Then they are to take some of the blood

And put it on the sides and tops of the doorframes of the houses

Where they eat the lambs.

That same night they are to eat the meat roasted over the fire,

Along with bitter herbs, and bread made without yeast.

Do not eat the meat raw or cooked in water, but roast it over the fire--

Head, legs and inner parts.

Do not leave any of it till morning;

If some is left till morning, you must burn it.

This is how you are to eat it:

With your cloak tucked into your belt,

Your sandals on your feet and your staff in you hand.

Eat it in hast; it is the Lord's Passover.

On that same night I will pass through Egypt

And strike down every firstborn—both men and animals—

And I will bring judgment on all the gods of Egypt

I am the Lord.

The blood will be a sign for you on the houses where you are;

And when I see the blood, I will pass over you.

No destructive plague will touch you when I strike Egypt.

This is a day you are to commemorate;

For generations to come you shall celebrate it as a festival to the Lord--

A lasting ordinance.

For seven days you are to eat bread made without yeast.

On the first day remove the yeast from your houses,

For whoever eats anything with yeast in it

From the first day through the seventh must be cut off from Israel.

On the first day hold a sacred assembly,

And another one on the seventh day.

Do no work at all on these days,

Except to prepare food for everyone to eat--that is all you may do.

(Exodus 12:1-16 NIV)

Soon, the Lord will destroy all the “gods” of this day.

He will pass through those who are called by His name,

To find those who have applied the blood of Christ to their lives;

Who have not sullied themselves with the filth of the world.

One will be taken and one will remain.

The Lord will keep those who belong to Him from the hour of trial

That is going to come upon the whole world

To test those who live on the earth [Revelation 3:10],

Just as he did with Egypt, which is a type of the world.

The Great Tribulation will Passover those

Who belong to God and His Christ, Jesus!

Babylon The Great and all her “sisters” will all be thrown down;

The Mother of Prostitutes and of the Abominations of the earth;

Not one stone of the cities of the world

Will be left standing, one upon the other;

Then, the kingdom of the world will be the Kingdom of our Lord

And He will reign forever more! [Revelation 11:15]

Prescription For National Suicide!

How does Satan kill a nation? He turns it away from God!

History is replete with these examples.

Today, in America there is a “notion” of the separation of church and state

Certain people and national leaders pride themselves in upholding

What they call the “separation of church and state.”

Do you think such a concept exists for God?

Do you think that there can be a sustained national life

Without reverence for God?

Not the “gods” of the various religions,

But the God of Creation, the God of Scripture: Christ Jesus.

The reality is that there cannot!

When the President of the United States of America

Said publicly, that America was not a Christian nation,

He was speaking prophetically, the death of America.

He was speaking the words that Satan put in his mouth.

God and His Word transcend any concept of “church” and “state.”

Christ Jesus is the only WAY, the only TRUTH and the only LIFE!

Every concept outside of this is a LIE

Those who belong to Him, revere Christ Jesus and His Word.

They will live and die to uphold them,

As they have in every generation since the day of Christ.

What America and its godless leaders are really saying

Is that God and His Word cannot be part of the national discourse.

American can legislate Christ Jesus out of the national discourse

Which is what they are doing, but what will the result be?

This is really national suicide and Satan knows this.

Leaders who promote this are the puppets of Satan.

As the morality of the nation has deteriorated,

The puppets of Satan, national leaders, elected by a sinful people,

Get more bold.

They begin promoting that which is diametrically opposed to God

And His Word. Examples are:

The involvement of the government in abortions,

By way of the courts and national policy.

The seal of approval of homosexuality as a normal way of life

Embodied in national law.

The degrading of marriage between a man and a woman,

By the institution of homosexual marriage.

Printing “worthless” money, thereby robbing from every one.

Attempting to force Christians to do that which s against their conscience.

Instituting “public schools” that forbid any mention of the God of Scripture;

The degrading of Christianity as intolerant

And out of touch with America's new modernity;

A modernity that is in reality a license to ever increasing sin.

Let it be know that there is ONE who is absolutely intolerant, God!

No nation and no person can oppose God and live!

It is a terrible thing to fall into the hands of the Living God!

Every nation that has followed the course America is on, is extinct.

Every nation and every person is either for or against God.

There is no middle ground with God.

Anyone who claims there is, is a liar.

Satan is a liar and the father of lies.

Those who follow him doom themselves to eternal death.

America is currently on the path to death and extinction.

Save yourself from this corrupt generation!

Christ: The Only TRUTH!

There is only one TRUTH in this world and that TRUTH is Christ Jesus.

Everything that does not conform to Christ Jesus and His Word is a LIE,

And doomed to destruction; Every person and every nation.

Let God be true and every man a liar! (Romans 3:4)

The WORD of God is the only TRUTH that exists

And Christ is the WORD made flesh;

So, we cannot only read His WORD, but we can see the WORD in action.

Psalm 78:2 declares of Christ:

'I will open My mouth in parables,

I will utter things hidden since the creation of the world.'

Christ Jesus said:

'I am the WAY and the TRUTH and the LIFE.

No one comes to the Father except through Me.

If you really knew Me, you would know My Father as well.

From now on, you do know Him and have seen Him.' (John 14:6-7)

'Anyone who has seen Me has seen the Father.'

How can you say, 'Show us the Father?'

Don't you believe that I am in the Father, and that the Father is in Me?

The words I say to you are not just My own.

Rather, it is the Father, living in Me, who is doing His WORK.

Believe Me when I say that I am in the Father and the Father is in Me;

Or at least believe on the evidence of the miracles themselves.

I tell you the TRUTH,

Anyone who has faith in Me will do what I have been doing.

He will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father.

And I will do what ever you ask in My name,

So that the Son may bring glory to the Father.

You may ask Me for anything in My name, and I will do it. (John 14:9-14)

If you love Me, you will obey what I command.

And I will ask the Father,

And He will give you another Counselor to be with you forever—

The Spirit of TRUTH.

The world cannot accept Him, because it neither sees Him or knows Him,

For He lives with you and will be in you [after The Day Of Pentecost].

I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last,

The Beginning and the END. (Revelation 22:13)

Christ: The Only TRUTH that exists; the only Savior sent by God.

To embrace Him is to embrace the only WAY to Eternal LIFE.

That is the TRUTH!

If you know the Father then you know the Son also.

If you do not know the Son, Christ Jesus, you do not know the Father!

Christ Jesus: The only WAY out of this world, ALIVE!

The Marks Of A Christian

Love God Above All Else

'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul

And with all your mind.

This is the first and greatest commandment.

And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself.

All the Law and the Prophets hand on these two commandments.'

(Matthew 22:37-40)

Do To Others As You Would Have Them Do to You

In everything, do to others what you would have them do to you,

For this sums up the Law and the Prophets. (Matthew 7:12)

Primary Goal

Seek first [above all else] the Kingdom of God and His righteousness.

(Matthew 6:33)

Primary Prayer

Our Father in Heaven, hallowed be Your name,

Your Kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us today our daily bread.

Forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.

And lead us not into temptation,but deliver us from the evil one. 

(Matthew 6:9-13)

Mode Of Prayer

When you pray, go into your room, close the door

And pray to your Father, who is unseen.

Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.

(Matthew 6:6)

Primary Attributes

Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven.

Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.

Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth.

Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, 

   for they will be filled.

Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy.

Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.

Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called sons of God.

Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness,

For theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven.

Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you

And falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of Me.

Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in Heaven,

For in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.

(Matthew 5:3-12)

The Salt Of The Earth

You are the salt of the earth.

But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again?

It is no longer good for anything,

Except to be thrown out and trampled by men. (Matthew 5:13)

The Light Of The World

You are the light of the world.

A city on a hill cannot be hidden.

Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl.

Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house.

In the same way, let your light shine before men,

That they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in Heaven.

(Matthew 5:14-16)

Fulfill The Law

Anyone who breaks one to the least of these commandments

And teaches others to do the same 
Will be called least in the Kingdom of Heaven,

But whoever practices and teaches these commands

Will be called great in the Kingdom of Heaven. (Matthew 5: 19)

Love One Another

A new command I give you: Love one another.

As I have loved you, so you must love one another.

All men will know that you are My disciples if you love one another.

(John 13:34)

Wash One Another's Feet

Do you understand what I have done for you? He asked them.

You call Me Teacher' and 'Lord,' and rightly so, for that is what I am.

Now that I, your Lord and teacher, have washed your feet,

You also should wash one another's feet.

I have set an example that you should do as I have done for you.

I tell you the truth, no servant is greater than his master,

Nor is a messenger greater than the one who sent him.

Now that you know these things, you will be blessed if you do them.

(John 13:12-17)

Behavior Towards Others

Do not resist and evil person.

If someone strikes you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also.

And if someone wants to sue you and take your tunic,

Let him have your cloak as well.

If someone forces you to go one mile, go with him two miles.

Give to the one who asks you,

And do not turn away from the one who wants to borrow from you.

(Matthew 5:38 42)

Love Your Enemies

You have heard that it was said, 'Love your neighbor and hate your enemy,'

But I tell you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,

That you may be sons of your Father in Heaven.

He causes His sun to rise on the evil and the good,

And sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous.

If you love those who love you, what reward will you get?

Are not even the tax collectors doing that?

And if you greet only your brothers, what are you doing more than others?

Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect. (Matthew 5:43-48)

Give In Secret

Be careful not to do your' acts of righteousness' before men, 
To be seen by them.

If you do, you will have no reward in Heaven.

So when you give to the needy, do not announce it with trumpets,

As the hypocrites do in the synagogues and on the streets,

To be honored by men.

I tell you the truth, they have received their reward in full.

But when you give to the needy,

Do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing,

So that your giving may be in secret.

Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. 

(Matthew 6:1-4)

Forgive And Be Forgiven

For if you forgive men when they sin against you,

Your Heavenly Father will also forgive you.

But if you do not forgive men their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.

(Matthew 6:14-15)

Store Up Treasure In Heaven

Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth,

Where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal.

But store up for yourselves treasures in Heaven, 
Where moth and rust do not destroy, 
And where thieves do not break in and steal.

For where your treasure is, there you heart will be also. (Matthew 6:19-21)

The Eye Is The Lamp Of The Body

They eye is the lamp of the body.

If your eyes are good, you whole body will be full of light.

But if your eyes are bad, your whole body will be full of darkness.

If then the light within you is darkness, how great is that darkness!

(Matthew 6:22-23)

You Cannot Serve Two Masters

No one can serve two masters.

Either he will hate the one and love the other,

Or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other

You cannot serve both God and Money. (Matthew 6:24)

Do Not Worry

Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink;

Or about your body, what you will wear.

Is not life more important than food, 
And the body more important than clothes?

(Matthew 6:25)

Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself.

Each day has enough trouble of its own. (Matthew 6:34)

Do Not Judge Others

Do not judge, or you too will be judged.

For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged,

And with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. (Matthew 7:1-2)

Do Not Give Dogs What Is Sacred

Do not give dogs what is sacred; do not throw your pearls to pigs.

If you do, they may trample them under their feet,

And then turn and tear you to pieces. (Matthew 7:6)

Ask, Seek, Knock

Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find;

Knock and the door will be opened to you.

For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds;

And to him who knocks, the door will be opened. (Matthew 7:7-8)

Enter Through The Narrow Gate

Enter through the narrow gate.

For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction,

And many enter through it.

But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to LIFE,

And only a few find it. (Matthew 7:13-14)

Watch Out For False Prophets

Watch out for false prophets.

They come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves.

By their fruit you will recognize them.

Do people pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles?

Every good tree bears good fruit,

But a bad tree bears bad fruit.

A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit.

Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.

Thus by their fruit you will recognize them. (Matthew 7:15-20)

Not Everyone Will Enter The Kingdom Of Heaven

Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord' will enter the Kingdom of Heaven,

But only he who does the will of my Father who is in Heaven.

Many will say to me on that day,

'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name,

And in your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?'

Then I will tell them plainly, 'I never knew you.

Away from me you evil doers!' (Matthew 7:21-23)

Wise and Foolish Builders

Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine

And puts them into practice is like a wise man 

Who built his house on the rock.

The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew

And beat against that house; yet it did not fall,

Because it had its foundation on the rock.

But everyone who hears these words of mine

And does not put them into practice is like a foolish man

Who built his house on sand.

The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew

And beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash. (Matthew 7:24-27)
