Therefore,
I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy,
To
offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to
God--
Which
is your spiritual worship.
Do
not conform any longer to the pattern of this world,
But
be transformed by the renewing of your mind.
Then
you will be able to test and approve what God's will is--
His
good, pleasing and perfect will.
For
by the grace given me I say to everyone of you:
Do
not think of yourself more highly than you ought,
But
rather think of yourself with sober judgment,
In
accordance with the measure of faith God has given you.
Just
as each of us has one body with many members,
And
these members do not all have the same function,
So
in Christ we who are many form one body,
And
each member belongs to all the others.
We
have different gifts, according to the grace given us.
If
a man's gift is prophesying, let him use it in proportion to his
faith.
If
it is serving, let him serve; if it is teaching, let him teach;
If
it is encouraging, let him encourage;
If
it is contributing to the needs of others,let him give generously;
If
it is leadership, let him govern diligently;
If
it is showing mercy, let him do it cheerfully. (Romans 12:1-8)
If
we belong to Christ we are a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing
to God.
We
follow in the footsteps of Christ, God's sacrifice for the sins of
mankind.
Our
sacrifice is dying to this world but being alive to God in Christ.
That
is our spiritual worship.
The
Father seeks those who will worship Him in Spirit and in TRUTH.
By
so doing we represent Christ on earth;
By
so doing we give witness to the only WAY, the only TRUTH and the only
LIFE.
Our
witness of Christ living in us is the only hope in this world dead in
sin.
Without
our witness there is no hope in this world. None!
As
the Father sent Christ, so Christ Jesus send us. (John 17:18)
If
we belong to Christ we will not conform to the pattern of this world
Which
in it's present form is passing away and is almost finished.
(1
Corinthians 7:31)
We
are to be transformed by the renewing of our minds;
Living
by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.
Then
we can understand what God's will is for us;
Which
is to be perfect and holy as He is perfect and holy;
To
be His representatives on this earth.
We
do not to think of ourselves more highly than we ought.
We
were bought with the highest price that could be paid: Christ
Himself.
We
have nothing that we have not received from Him. Nothing!
We
belong entirely to Him; we comprise His body.
We
have different gifts according to His grace.
Each
of us has a different function within His body.
Whatever
that function is,
We
are to do it with all the energy given us by Christ,
And
whatever we do we do for His Glory.
That
is our spiritual sacrifice; counting ourselves dead to this world
But
alive to Christ and in Christ; in His body.
Today,
the world is raging against God, rushing toward oblivion. (Psalm 2)
America
is being ground to powder because of her SIN against God.
Save
yourself from this Corrupt Generation! (Acts 2:40)
As
God has written, so shall it be! Hallelujah! Maranatha!
Father, Your Kingdom
come, Your will be done, on earth as in Heaven!
