Dear
friends, I urge you, as aliens and strangers in the world,
To
abstain from sinful desires, which war against your soul. (1 Peter
2:11)
Christ
Jesus said:
'If
the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated Me first.
If
you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own.
As
it is, you do not belong to the world,
But
I have chosen you out of the world.
That
is why the world hates you.
Remember
the words I spoke to you:
'No
servant is greater than his master.'
If
they persecuted Me, they will persecute you also.
If
they obey My teaching, they will obey yours also.
They
will treat you this way because of My name,
For
they do not know the One who sent Me.
If
I had not come and spoken to them, they would not be guilty of sin.
Now,
however, they have no excuse for their sin.
He
who hates Me, hates My Father as well.
If
I had not done among them what no one else did,
They
would not be guilty of sin.
But
now they have seen these miracles,
And
yet they have hated both Me and My Father.
But
this is to fulfill what is written in their Law:
'They
hated Me without reason.' [Psalm 35:19, 69:4] (John 15:18-25)
The
apostle James says:
You
adulterous people,
Don't
you know that friendship with the world is hatred toward God?
Anyone
who chooses to be a friend of the world becomes an enemy of God.
(James
4:4)
The
apostle Paul says:
For
we are to God the aroma of Christ among those who are being saved
And
to those who are perishing.
To
the one we are the smell of death;
To
the other, the fragrance of life. (2 Corinthians 2:15-16)
This
is an issue seldom addressed.
If
you have been born again, and are walking in the Light of Christ,
You
will be hated by the world, because the world belongs to Satan,
Who
is the arch enemy of Christ.
Satan
stands defeated and is bitter and angry over this fact,
Because
Christ has won the victory over death, Hell and the grave.
Nevertheless,
Satan is determined
To
take as many people to Hell with Him as he can.
His
mission is to steal, kill and destroy and he is good at it;
He
has six thousand years of practice deceiving mankind.
This
is the context of the world that we currently live in.
It
is a battle zone and we are aliens and strangers in it.
We
are living in the Last Hour of the Last Day.
Satan
knows that his time is short.
Soon
he will present to this deceived and fallen world,
His
son, The Antichrist.
This
will be his ultimate deception.
The
Antichrist will be presented as the “savior of the world.”
He
will be the answer to all the problems of the world.
However,
those who belong to Christ will be hated even more
Because
they will not go along with this deception.
Even
now Satan is preparing the world to receive his Antichrist.
America
and the nations of the world are becoming ever more godless
And
ever more desperate.
They
have failed in their attempt to create
Their
anti-Christ, socialist, communist Paradises.
And
they are exceedingly frustrated about this.
They
have bankrupted themselves trying;
Not
realizing that God will not bless the godless;
And
because of this, they would never be able to achieve their goal.
Satan
will present his Antichrist as the answer to all the worlds problems;
The
world will accept him and then he will fail,
As
God pours out His Great Tribulation on a godless humanity.
The
more frustrated the nations become
The
more Christians will be blamed for their problems;
The
more persecution will be perpetrated upon them.
Many
Christians will fall away from the faith because of this persecution.
Families
will be pitted against each other.
There
will be a great apostasy and rebellion within the Church,
As
there was in Germany under Hitler;
Of
Christians turning against God and His Word.
This
persecution, falling away, and apostasy are underway at this time.
It
will be ever increasing.
Because
of the increase of wickedness the love of most will grow cold
As
Christ Jesus warned.
Gather
with those you can trust “in Christ.”
God
will send to us those who will come to Christ in this Last Day.
We
will overcome this world and the evil one by the blood of the Lamb
And
the word of our testimony,
Not
loving this life so much as to shrink from death.
Hear
God's promise to us:
In
That Day the Lord Almighty will be a glorious crown, a beautiful
wreath
For
the remnant of His people.
He
will be a Spirit of justice to Him who sits in judgment [Christ],
A
source of strength to those [the
Bride of Christ]
Who
turn back the battle at the gate. (Isaiah
28:5-6)
As
God has written, so shall it be! Hallelujah! Maranatha!
