Inhofe: Obama Thinks He's 'Above The Law"

INHOFE: OBAMA THINKS HE'S 'ABOVE THE LAW'

Slams president's 'habit' of violating Constitution

President Obama feels he is “above the law” and has made a “habit” of violating the Constitution and U.S. law, Sen. Jim Inhofe, R-Okla., charged in a radio interview Sunday.
Inhofe made those accusations during a conversation about the Bergdahl prisoner exchange in which Obama has been accused of violating the 2014 National Defense Authorization Act, or NDAA. The law stipulates the president “shall notify” Congress “not later than 30 days before the transfer or release” of any inmate from Guantanamo Bay.
“We have a law that he blatantly violated, and any other citizen would have to pay for such an evasion,” said Inhofe, speaking on “Aaron Klein Investigative Radio” on New York’s AM 970 The Answer radio station.
The senator continued: “However, every time he does something that is against the Constitution or violates a law, if you accuse him of that, then of course all the attorneys will start up, they will start setting hearing dates and it will be 10 years before you’d be getting around to it.”
“And of course the president knows this,” Inhofe continued. “So he has made a habit of just disregarding the law. Somehow he feels he is above the law, I guess.”
“I can’t think in my career of anything that offends me [more] than this,” Inhofe added.
The Obama administration has argued that Congress did not intend the NDAA to restrict prisoner exchanges and has said the law interferes with the president’s constitutionally granted authority to serve as “commander in chief” of the armed forces.
My comments: A man who has a "habit" of violating the Constitution is a DICTATOR.
