WE CANNOT ESCAPE THE LOVE OF CHRIST

TODAY'S SCRIPTURE: “For He Himself has said, ‘I will never leave you nor forsake you’” (Hebrews 13:5). DAILY FIRE! - Christ For All Nations Through the blood of Jesus Christ, I am an adopted child of God. Our rebellion and wickedness in no way changes God’s mind about His love for us, for “while we were still sinners, Christ died for us” (Romans 5:8). The object was that “in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ” (Ephesians 2:13). The Son of God, our Lord, Jesus Christ, could bear our sins and die for us simply because of the live link between Creator and creature. We are “bound in the bundle of the living with the Lord your God” (1 Samuel 25:29). We cannot escape what happens to God, and God cannot escape what happens to us.
