America On Trial Before God!

When God gave birth to America

He gave its people the opportunity to vote.

This was and is a tremendous blessing and responsibility.

Today, a large number of Americans and the politicians they elect

Are anti-Christ by their policies and actions.

The Democratic Party has adopted the anti-Christ policies

Of abortion, acceptance of homosexuality as normal human behavior

And homosexual marriage which are anathema to the Living God.

Today, we have a President and his party who are anti-Christ

By their policies and actions.

This has been made clear to all voting Americans.

We have an upcoming Election.

In this Election the American people will be voting for or against

The current President And others of his party who are overtly anti-Christ

Or those of another party, many of whom are against abortion,

The acceptance of homosexuality as normal human behavior

And homosexual marriage.

As never before, the lines on these issues have been clearly drawn.

This Election Puts The American People On Trial

This Election not only puts up for the vote the politicians

Vying for the various positions;

This Election puts the American people on trial before the Living God.

God Has Withdrawn His Blessing From America

Because of its sin, God has withdrawn His blessing from America.

Abortion, acceptance of homosexuality and homosexual marriage

Are among the many sins of America against the Living God.

Unless America turns from its sin it will continue its decline.

Nevertheless, this Election will be pivotal.

It will be a vote of the American people for or against the Living God

In the most pointed and overt way since the beginning of this nation.

Because God has made it clear to the American people what is at stake,

Not only the destiny of the nation will be determined

But the Eternal Destiny of individuals will be determine in this Election.

By each person exercising their God given right to vote,

They will be in effect, voting for or against the Living God.

Anyone who thinks that God is not involved in politics is deceived.

In fact any American is deceived

Who does not understand that God is intimately concerned

About the nation He gave birth to,

And concerned about the vote of every individual

Who expresses his morality before the Living God in so doing.

In this Election, every individual vote will be for or against God.

God alone will determine the future of America!

He will do so depending on whether the people of America honor Him,

His Word and His Christ, Jesus.

If they choose to not honor God they seal their doom

Nationally and individually!

There are Eternal implications to all of our actions

God holds us accountable for every careless word, 

How much more a vote with moral implications!

Let the Church of God rise up and make this reality

And its Eternal Consequences clear to its people and the nation!

The Demons Believe!

You believe that there is one God. Good!

Even the demons believe that—and shudder. (James 2:19)

The demons know that faith in Christ brings salvation;

That His blood washes away the sin of those who believe;

That He is coming again, soon.

A demon knows that God raised Christ Jesus from the dead;

They are well aware of this reality.

They know all too well that all Christ Jesus said is the TRUTH,

The only TRUTH; that He is that TRUTH.

They believe, but they cannot be saved!

What is the difference between them and the one who belongs to Christ?

The difference is that a demon cannot confess with his mouth

That Christ Jesus is their Lord because He is not.

A demon cannot obey Christ Jesus because they do not love Christ

Love for Christ and the resulting obedience is the difference.

A demon believes everything that those who belong to Christ believe

But they cannot love and obey Christ.

Christ Jesus said:

'If you love me, you will obey what I command.' (John 14:15)

We understand from this that love for Christ and obedience go together.

Without love there can be no obedience

And without obedience there is no love.

Anyone who claims to belong to Christ

And does not walk in the Light of Christ is a liar!

The apostle John says:

If we claim to have fellowship with Him yet walk in the darkness,

We lie and do not live by the TRUTH.

But if we walk in the Light, as He is in the Light,

We ave fellowship with one another,

And the blood of Jesus his Son, purifies us from all sin. (1 John 1:6-7)

The clear implication of what John says is that

If we do not walk in the Light of Christ Jesus

His blood does not purify us from our sin;

So much for “once saved always saved.” It is a lie!

If the blood of Christ Jesus does not purify us from our sin

We are lost and without hope.

The apostle John goes on to say:

We know that we have come to KNOW Him if we obey His commands.

The man who says, 'I know Him,' but does not do what He commands

Is a liar, and the TRUTH is not in him.

But if anyone obeys His Word, God's love is truly made complete in him.

This is how we know we are in Him ;

Whoever claims to live in Him must walk as Jesus did. (1 John 2:3-6)

We cannot obey His commands by the shear force of our will.

We can only obey His commands by submitting our will to His will

By the power of the Holy Spirit that lives within us;

By the Anointing of the Anointed One.

Christ Jesus enables us to obey Him by the Spirit He gives us.

The apostle John says:

You have an Anointing from the Holy One,

And all of you know the TRUTH. (1 John 2:20)

As for you, the Anointing you received from Him remains in you,

And you do not need anyone to teach you.

But as His Anointing teaches you about all things

And as that Anointing is real, not counterfeit--

Just as it has taught you, remain in Him. (1 John 2:27)

We have but one Teacher, Christ Jesus. (Matthew 23:10)

He is our Teacher by His Word and by His Anointing.

We remain “in Him” by seeking first and above all else His Kingdom.

If anything in our lives rises above this pursuit we are lost.

When we seek Him, we find Him; He presents Himself to us;

One day in His Presence is worth a thousand other days. (Psalm 84:10)

His Presence is intoxicating, wonderful and out of this world.

His Presence transports us into His Kingdom which is out of this world.

He fills us with joy in His Presence. (Psalm 16:11)

His yoke is easy and His burden is light because of His Anointing.

(Matthew 11:30)

If you live face to face with Christ Jesus by the power of His Anointing

You will love and obey Him; Obedience will be your joy!

The only LIFE that exists is in love and obedience to Christ Jesus.

It is the only LIFE that exists!

One day soon, all else will have passed away.

Reality: The Realm Of The SPIRIT!

Today, we can listen to and watch the news,

But the reality, the TRUTH, can only be found in the realm of the Spirit.

If you want to know what is really going on on earth today

Your source must be the Spirit of God

The Spirit searches all things even the deep things of God.

What you see in the news

Is what the ruler of this world, Satan, wants you to see and hear.

It reflects the machinations of a lost humanity.

What God wants you to see and hear is only found in His Word;

His written Word and His Rhema Word;

That is the “still small voice” of God spoken to your heart and spirit

In the here and now.

The TRUTH is only revealed to those who belong to Him;

Those whose spirits are alive to God.

When Jesus spoke in parables most did not understand;

The TRUTH found in the parables was only spiritually discerned.

The Spirit leads us into all TRUTH. (John 16:13)

The Anointing we receive from Christ Jesus teaches us the TRUTH.

(1 John 2:20, 27)

God has put His Laws in our minds and written them on our hearts.

(Hebrews 8:10)

Christ Jesus said, we have but One Teacher, The Christ! (Matthew 23:10)

Christ Jesus is the TRUTH, and the only Source of TRUTH!

All that contradicts His TRUTH is a LIE!

However, God is wooing every single person by His Spirit;

Every person has their God given conscience

Through which the Spirit of God brings conviction.

There is also the empty space in every person

That can only be filled by the Spirit of God.

God speaks to the lost through their conscience and their spirit.

Christ Jesus said that no one came to Him unless the Father had drawn them.

Nevertheless, most people harden their hearts to God and His TRUTH.

Some even have their conscience seared with a hot iron

And are Eternally Lost from that point on. (1 Timothy 4:2)

Satan is always there to steal the seed of the Word of God when it is planted.

Every person has to have enough good soil for it to remain.

Some develop no root and the trouble and persecution

That comes because of the Word of God, causes the person to fall away;

The seed withers and dies.

Some seed is choked out by thorns; by the worries of this life

And the deceitfulness of wealth.

Yet, some seed finds good soil and that person produces a crop,

Yielding a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown. (Matthew 13)

God Almighty is in absolute control over all of His Creation!

Think of this, Satan knows that he is going to the Lake of Fire

But he cannot change that fact in any way.

He is going there on a specific time table determined by God

And he cannot change that in any way.

Yet, God has allowed Satan rule over this world

Because Adam gave Satan the rule that God intended for Adam.

This rule was taken back by the blood of Christ Jesus

For those who receive Christ Jesus by faith and walk in His Light.

Those who come to Christ Jesus by faith are no longer subjects of Satan.

However, all who do not have faith in Christ Jesus and walk in His Light

Are subjects of Satan. This is most of mankind.

Why is the world in the condition it is in?

Because it is ruled by Satan who came to steal, kill and destroy.

Yet, this rule is under the absolute control of God Almighty!

Satan is only a puppet leading other puppets to Hell!

This is true of the highest to the lowest of mankind;

Most of mankind is completely ignorant of REALITY;

They PRETEND under the deception of Satan.

The REALITY is that every nation belongs to Satan.

With this understanding the “news” takes on a whole different meaning.

We are watching the Word of God play out exactly as God intended.

God's whole purpose in Creation

Was to obtain a Bride for His Son Christ Jesus and nothing can prevent this.

Christ Jesus will have a spotless Bride with whom He will spend Eternity!

Satan will spend Eternity in the Lake of Fire along with all who followed him,

Which is most of mankind.

Yet, today, anyone can receive Christ Jesus as their Lord and Savior;

And then walk in His Light.

Everyone around you will make their choice.

They will either respond to the conviction of the Holy Spirit of God or not!

This the only real issue of this life!

Every other issue is secondary and incidental by comparison.

Where will you spend Eternity?

The Word of God is the Food and the Bread of LIFE!

Christ Jesus is the Word of God in flesh,

And as such, He is the Food and the Bread of LIFE!

Those who eat of this Bread will never die!

Take a peek into Eternity; Look into the face of Christ;

See the Glory that awaits you;

Then the things of this world will grow strangely dim

In the Light of His Glory and Grace.

Truth Is Thrown To The Ground!

Listen to the prophet Daniel: Out of one of them

[The four kingdoms that came from Alexander the Great]

Came another horn, which started small but grew in power to the south

And to the east and toward the Beautiful Land.

It grew until it reached the host of the Heavens,

[I believe that this “horn” is The United States of America,

Which today, has reached the host of the Heavens.

Today, there is no other country that this can be said of;

America proclaims this of herself!

You can get the full picture in my book, “Daniel.”]

And it threw some of the starry host [Christian leaders] down to the earth

And trampled on them.

It set itself up to be as great as the Prince of the Host [Christ Jesus;]

It took away the daily sacrifice [the worship of God,]

And the place of His Sanctuary [The Body Of Christ] was brought low.

(Daniel 8:9-11 NIV)

Listen to verse 12 from The Amplified Version:

And the host [the chosen people]

And strength were given to [the wicked horn]

Together with the continual burnt offering, because of the transgression

[Of god's people]--their abounding irreverence, ungodliness and lack of piety.

And righteousness and TRUTH were cast down to the ground,

And [the wicked horn] accomplished this [by divine permission]

And prospered. (Daniel 8:12)

[This is a picture of part of the God sent Great Delusion.

(2 Thessaloians 2:11-12)]

Today, the USA government is demanding that Christians obey laws

That are against their faith.

I believe that the pressure of governmental and cultural ungodliness

Produces a rebellion among those Christians who are weak in faith.

Their preachers have preached only the goodness of God

Leaving most of Scripture unknown to many Christians.

The opposition to the Christian Faith becomes more than they can bear

And they rebel against Christ, to alleviate the pressure.

In due course, we can expect to see Christian leaders thrown to the ground.

TRUTH is already being thrown to the ground

With every antichrist law or measure by the forerunners of The Antichrist;

Today, TRUTH is reviled everywhere you look;

We see Christian leaders capitulate to the culture

Over homosexuality, same-sex marriage and abortion etc.

Realize that the spirit of antichrist has been in the world

Since it caused the fall of Adam and Eve.

It is at work today, attempting to defile The Church Of God.

The difference today, is that we are at the end of six thousand years

Of God's working with mankind, and The Day Of Rest is at hand.

Today, the State of Israel is a reality;

Its people having been brought back as Scripture foretold;

A phenomenal occurrence unprecedented in the history of mankind.

According to Daniel, there is a rebellion within the Church of God

And the worship of God is given over to The Antichrist.

For a time The Antichrist seems to prosper in everything he does.

He throws TRUTH to the ground, and Christ Jesus is that TRUTH;

The arch-enemy of Satan and his son, The Antichrist.

Christ Jesus is the standard for all TRUTH as He is the TRUTH

And He and His Word are One.

If, when you look around you today, you do not see the reflection of Christ,

It is not TRUE.

Talk is one of the most prevalent commodities in this world,

But there is little of it that is TRUE.

Bank tellers know the true currency because they have studied the real one.

They know the real one so well they cannot be fooled by counterfeit.

So, today, you must know the TRUTH so well

You cannot be fooled by the counterfeit.

Today, You are surrounded by the spirit of Babylon;

The spirit of the LIAR; Everywhere you look you can see her.

Mystery, Babylon The Great, The Mother Of Prostitutes

And Of The Abominations On This Earth.

Once she felt the need to disguised herself as an angel of light,

But today she is becoming ever more blatant;

This alone tells you about the time we are living in.

We are not yet Rome, but that is the direction we are headed.

Rome worshiped facsimiles of Satan, men possessed by Satan; Caesars.

Today, the whole world will worship the son of Satan,

The Antichrist of Revelation.

The Antichrist will come to power with the full power of Satan;

With false signs and wonders. This is a God sent Great Delusion,

So powerful that it would deceive even the Elect if that were possible:

So that all will be condemned who have not believed the TRUTH,

But have delighted in wickedness. (2 Thessaloians 2:11-12)

Daniel continues in verses 13-14):

Then I heard a holy one speaking, and another holy one said to him,

How long will it take for the vision to be fulfilled--

The vision concerning the daily sacrifice, the rebellion that causes desolation,

And the surrender of the Sanctuary and of the Host

That will be trampled underfoot?

He said to me, 'It will take 2,300 evenings and mornings;

[Approximately three and one-half years, the time of The Great Tribulation]

Then the Sanctuary will be reconsecrated.' (Daniel 8:13-14 NIV)

My prayer is that all who read this message believe the TRUTH

And are spared the wrath of God.

It is worth noting that Daniel does not speak of any “Rapture.”

However, I believe that the “Woman” of Revelation 12, is The Bride of Christ

And will be spared God's Great Tribulation.

Nevertheless, it is clear from The Book of Daniel,

As well as The Book of Revelation

That many Christians go through The Great Tribulation.

The Idols Of The Nations Will fall!

Soon, you will see the idols of the nations fall!

Understand, that behind every idol there is a demon.

Just as all the gods [idols] of Egypt were judged by God

When He set His people free,

So today all the gods, the idols of this world will fall

During God's Great Tribulation.

Satan seduced Adam and Eve with the idea [idol]

That they could be like God.

Adam and Eve committed spiritual adultery, deceive by Satan.

Idolatry is spiritual prostitution before the Living God!

What is an idol? Every argument and pretension 

That sets itself up against the knowledge of God [2 Corinthians 10:5].

Every person, place or thing that people value above God;

Everything that is against the commands of God.

Everything that mankind commits spiritual adultery with.

Babylon of Revelation 17 is the personification of all the idols on earth.

Mystery--Babylon The Great--The Mother of Prostitutes 

And Of The Abominations Of The Earth

Is the personification of all the idols of mankind.

She is a specific city on earth;

The greatest city in the greatest nation on earth,

And all the other cities of the nations are “Little Babylons”

Because they all seek to be like Babylon

And are ruled by the spirit of Babylon, the devil.

If you live in a city it is a “Little Babylon.”

Babylon The Great is the Bride of Satan; he is the power behind her;

He is the spirit of Babylon! Listen:

'Come, I will show you the punishment of The Great Prostitute,

Who sits on many waters.

With her the kings of the earth committed adultery

And the inhabitants of the earth were intoxicated

With the wine of her adulteries.'

Then the angel carried me away in the Spirit into a desert.

There I saw a woman sitting on a Scarlet Beast [Satan]

That was covered with blasphemous names

And had seven heads and ten horns.

The woman was dressed in purple and scarlet,

And was glittering with gold, precious stones and pearls.

She held a golden cup in her hand, filled with abominable things

And the filth of her adulteries. This title was written on her forehead:

MYSTERY--BABLYON THE GREAT--THE MOTHER OF PROSTITUTES

AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH

I saw that the woman was drunk with the blood of the saints,

The blood of those who bore testimony to Jesus. (Revelation 17:1-6)

The cities of the nations collapse [Revelation 16:19.]

God judges Babylon and all the “Little Babylons.”

First and foremost, the idols of every false religion will fall:

And every religion but faith in Christ Jesus is an idol, demonic.

All lukewarm Christianity, which is an idol, a pretension, will fall:

This is really an oxymoron as it is all or nothing with God.

There is no half-way, half hearted Christianity. 

Once saved always saved is a LIE!

All the so called non-belief idols will fall: Including atheism and agnosticism. They will end up becoming hypocrites by worshiping the Son of Satan 

Along with the rest of the world before they fall.

All the man made forms of government are idols and will fall: Democracy, Republics, Communism, Socialism, Fascism, Dictatorships and whatever other political concoctions of man there may be will fall.

The idol of “nationalism” will fall: The nations of the earth 

Will all be brought to nothing, with the exception of Israel.

Not because Israel is more virtuous, but because God has “promised.”

However, no Jew will be in the Millennium that is not a believer in

And belong to Christ Jesus.

The idol of “ethnicity” will fall: We all came from God, from Adam.

All the economic idols will fall: Capitalism, Communism, Hayekism, Keyesianism and all the other economic concoctions of man there may be will fall.

All the intellectual idols will fall: Every man made ideology will fall. The institutions of so called “higher and lower education” will fall.

All the idols of the media, advertising, entertainment, sports, etc. will fall.

All the idols of the flesh will fall: Homosexuality, pedophilia, pornography and all the other abominations of the flesh will fall.

The idol of “Mother Earth” will fall: The face of the earth will be ruined by God. Sin is the issue to God not “green.”

The idols of relatives and friends will fall: Any person valued as more important than God is an idol and will fall.

The idols of possessions will fall: There will be no possessions left. Gold and silver and the rest will be worthless.

The idol of “self” as being all important will fall: “Self,” nurtured by pride and arrogance; thinking of ones self as the center of the world.

Any other idols there may be will fall.

Six thousand of years of human history will end.

Mankind will have ignored the lesson of the flood of Noah's day;

The destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah.

God will have shown that all the ways of man lead to death

Just as His Word proclaims.

All the ideological experiments of mankind will have failed.

Mankind will worship Satan and his bride, Babylon as they do today!

This is the ultimate blasphemy toward the Creator, God

All sin and evil will be done away with along with their perpetrator, Satan.

I pray that all who read this will put aside any idols you may have.

Worship the only God; The True and Living God, in Spirit and in Truth.

Christ's Power Made Perfect In Our Weakness!

Christ Jesus said to the apostle Paul:

'My grace is sufficient for you,

For My power is made perfect in weakness.'

(2 Corinthians 12:9)

The apostle Paul goes on to say:

Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses,

So that Christ's power many rest on me.

That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults,

In hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties.

For when I am weak, then I am strong. (2 Corinthians 12:9-10)

This is a paradox and a reality that is true for all who belong to Christ Jesus.

At the weakest point of our situation, Christ is the most powerful.

Christ is the most powerful in and through us,

When we have no power at all

And are completely dependent upon His power.

And we know that His power is infinite.

This should be very consoling for us

Who have put our faith, hope and trust in Christ.

Every trial, every confrontation, every difficulty is not in our hands but His;

We by faith surrender our will to his will and our way to His WAY;

Our part is to hold on to our faith, hope and trust in Christ Jesus.

The battle belongs to the Lord [2 Chronicles 20:15.]

This is why the Kingdom of God is for children only!

Children put their faith, hope and trust in their parents;

They are completely dependent upon their parents.

In the same way we are to put our faith, hope and trust in Christ Jesus.

This thinking is appalling to those in the world.

It is the opposite of worldly thinking and doing;

And that is what we are: The opposite of the world;

In our souls; our mind will and emotions, and in our spirits.

Because inside of us lives THE SPIRIT--God--The LIFE GIVING SPIRIT;

The Giver and Sustainer of all life!

In Him resides the power of Creation and the power of the Resurrection!

The power that raised Christ Jesus from the dead!

The power that will put Satan and all his demons into The Lake Of Fire.

The power that will one day, create a New Heaven and a New Earth.

The power that destroyed the world of Noah's day.

The power that destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah;

And Today, the power that will fulfill all of Scripture to the last detail;

The power that will bring The Great Tribulation;

The power that will destroy all the armies of all the nations;

The power that will collapse all the cities of all the nations;

The power that will redeem a Bride for Christ Jesus,

And will establish His Kingdom on this earth for a thousand years;

Doing away with sin and evil.

The power that will enable us to rule and reign with Him;

The power that will, in the twinkling of an eye,

Change our mortal bodies into a body like His Glorious Body;

The power that will make us ONE with Himself in character and being,

As He and the Father are ONE.

Yes, we submit ALL that is within us to that POWER;

The CREATOR and the REDEEMER, God! The Eternal King!

And we delight in our weakness because then our God is ultimately strong;

His power made PREFECT in our weakness!

The Commands Of Christ

I have just added The Commands Of Christ from the gospels

To my publications list.

It is critical for Christians to understand what Christ has commanded us.

I have gone through each of the gospels and written them out.

It is 35 pages long in the manner in which I write.

I hope that all who read this will find it useful in their walk with Christ Jesus.

From The Gospel Of Matthew

Jesus answered him, 'It is also written:

'Do not put the Lord your God to the test.' (Matthew 4:7)

Jesus said to him, 'Away from me, Satan!

For it is written: 'Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only.'

(Matthew 4:10)

From that time on Jesus began to preach,

'Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is near.' (Matthew 4:17)

As Jesus was walking beside the sea of Galilee,

He saw two brothers, Simon called Peter and his brother Andrew.

They were casting a net into the lake, for they were fishermen.

'Come, follow me,' Jesus said, 'and I will make you fishers of men.'

At once they left their nets and followed him. (Matthew 4:18-20)

Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you

And falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me.

Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in Heaven,

For in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.

(Matthew 5:12)

In the same way, let your light shine before men,

That they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in Heaven.

(Matthew 5:16)

Therefore, if you are offering your gift at the altar

And there remember that your brother has something against you,

Leave your gift there in front of the altar.

First go and be reconciled to your brother;

Then come an offer your gift. (Matthew 5:23-24)

Settle matters quickly with your adversary

Who is taking you to court.

Do it while your are still with him on the way,

Or he may hand you over to the judge,

And the judge may hand you over to the officer,

And you may be thrown into prison.

I tell you the truth, you will not get out until you have paid the last penny.

(Matthew 5:25-26)

Oaths

Again, you have heard that it was said to people long ago,

'Do not break you oath, but keep the oaths you have made to the Lord.'

But I tell you, Do not swear at all:

Either by Heaven, for it is God's throne;

Or by the earth, for it is his footstool; or by Jerusalem,

For it is the city of the Great King.

And do not swear by your head,

For you cannot make even one hair white or black.

Simply let your 'Yes” be 'Yes,' and your 'No,' 'No';

Anything beyond this comes from the evil one. (Matthew 5:33-37)

An Eye For An Eye

'You have heard that it was said, 'Eye for eye, and tooth for tooth.'

But I tell you, Do not resist and evil person.

If someone strikes you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also.

And if someone wants to sue you and take your tunic,

Let him have your cloak as well.

If someone forces you to go one mile, go with him two miles.

Give to the one who asks you, and do not turn away from the one who wants to borrow from you. (Matthew 5:38-42)

Love Your Enemies

'You have heard that it was said, 'Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.'

But I tell you:

Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,

That you may be sons of your Father in Heaven.

He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good,

And sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous.

If you love those who love you, what reward will you get?

Are not even the tax collectors doing that?

And if you greet only your brothers, what are you doing more than others?

Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.

(Matthew 5:43-48)

Today, the world is raging against God, rushing toward oblivion. (Psalm 2)

Save yourself from this corrupt generation! (Acts 2:40)

You Determine Your Eternal Destiny!

By choice, you determine your Eternal Destiny.

It is important to understand that all the New Testament Books

Are written to Christians; to the “saved.”

The reality is that we are “saved” and we are being “saved.”

We are “saved” if we obey the commands of Christ Jesus;

If we allow Christ to live in and through us.

Christ living in us enables us to obey His commands.

If it were “once saved always saved”

There would be no point to most of the New Testament

And its many admonishments.

If you have given your life to Christ; if you have been Born Again,

And have received your Personal Day of Pentecost;

That is you have been baptized, immersed in the Spirit of God;

You are on your way.

Now you must remain “In The Vine;” “In Christ” to maintain your salvation.

How does one remain “In Christ?”

One does so by obeying Christ and His commands and principles.

First:

We must love the Lord our God with all our heart, mind soul and strength.

And our neighbor as ourselves.

Second:

We must seek first and above all else the Kingdom of God.

Third:

Our overriding prayer is that His Kingdom comes

And His will is done on earth as in Heaven.

His Kingdom cannot be seen; it lives within us.

We allow His Kingdom to come and His will to be done

By our submission to His Spirit living in us; by submitting our will to His will.

Fourth:

We must obey the commands of Christ Jesus

By the power of His Spirit living within us.

There are some 30 or 40 commands of Christ Jesus

In addition to His sayings. Some of the critical ones are these:

Whoever acknowledges Me before men,

I will also acknowledge him before My Father in Heaven.

But whoever disowns Me before men,

I will disown him before My Father in Heaven. Matthew 10:32-33)

Anyone who loves his father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me;

Anyone who loves his son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me;

And anyone who does not take up his cross and follow Me

Is not worthy of Me.

Whoever finds his life will lose it,

And whoever loses his life for My sake will find it. (Matthew 10:37-39)

You Must Overcome This World And It's Ruler, Satan

We are “saved” out of this world to OVERCOME this world!

In the Seven letters to the seven churches in Revelation

Christ Jesus does not talk about the “saved,”

Rather, He talks about those who overcome.

The apostle John hears a voice from Heaven saying:

'Now [at the return of Christ Jesus] have come the salvation

And the power and the Kingdom of our God, and the authority of His Christ.

For the accuser of our brothers [Satan],

Who accuses them before our God day and night, has been hurled down.

They [the saints of God] overcame him [Satan] by the blood of the Lamb

And the word of their testimony;

They did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death.

(Revelation 12:10-11)

We overcome this world and the one who rules it, Satan,

By the blood of the Lamb; having applied the blood of Christ to our lives;

And living a holy life before the Living God.

This is only possible by the power of the Spirit of God

Living in and through us.

Then we are able to testify for Christ by the lives we live in and for Him

And by telling others about this wonderful life Christ offers every person.

This is what it means to “KNOW” God.

Knowing God is eternal LIFE! (John 17:3)
