I didn't put the filiment or the argon in the light bulb, I didn't generate, or conduct the electrical current from the source to the outlet, and I had nothing to do with installing the wiring....
But....It was me who flipped the light switch when I needed light and unless I did that the light would have never turned on even though it was created and designed to do so.
God created your life, your design, your purpose, and your destiny, but He will not make it happen without you flipping the switch.
No true Christian life or relationship with God is possible without prayer.
Prayer connects you to Him, it causes His power to flow to your life, and it is what turns the light on in your own life.
The power could be moving and flowing all around you but it wont be directed to you until you flip the switch.
I have never given an analogy like that before so this is for someone specific.
