The WHO’s International Negotiating Body is continuing to pressure countries to sign on to the WHO Pandemic Treaty. The treaty requires 2/3 of WHO members to approve it before it becomes international law.
But a revision of the WHO’s IHR only requires a simple majority approval of the member states.
So, facing too much opposition on the Pandemic Treaty, the globalists are simply writing the treaty provisions into the revised IHR, which they hope to pass.
The WHO is violating its own charter and rules while trying to force the IHR vote. Article 55 of the current IHR (2005) says any amendments to the IHR must be submitted four months in advance of the World Health Assembly at which they are asked to vote. The deadline to submit those changes to members was January 27, 2024. But never one to worry too much about breaking laws, Director-General Tedros has chosen to violate the WHO’s own Article 55 to get his globalist agenda passed.
The revised IHR pose a problem for Joe Biden as well. That’s because the revisions change the IHR from a list of advisory items to a list of mandates enforceable under international law. And any agreement that would change U.S. law should receive 2/3 Senate approval before adoption and implementation. But Biden is not so keen on our own Constitution.
Stop the WHO takeover of America! Fax Congress now! Like the WHO Pandemic Treaty, the WHO’s proposed revised IHR will: - Change WHO recommendations into compulsory orders enforced by international law and international courts.
- Create new U.S. obligations to foreign countries.
- Force the U.S. to change existing laws to meet WHO mandates — including future unknown mandates to be determined at a later time.
- Require the U.S. to censor any information the WHO deems to be “misinformation” or “disinformation.”
- Redefine “pandemic emergency” to allow the WHO to impose its will on any area the WHO deems a potential threat to public health, including even “climate change,” LGBTQ, abortion, and immigration.
- And much, much more.
Because these regulations would replace American laws, Congress MUST handle the revised IHR in the same way they would handle a treaty — with a 2/3 majority vote from the U.S. Senate.
“The globalists are making a run over American sovereignty,” said Speaker of the House Mike Johnson (R-LA) in a recent interview.
Former President Donald Trump agrees. “Joe Biden’s minions are in Geneva, secretly negotiating to surrender more of our liberty to the World Health Organization.” He said, “Drafts of the agreement show that they want to subjugate America to foreign nations, attack free speech, [and] empower the World Health Organization to redistribute American resources.”
President Trump has vowed to “tear up” the treaty and IHR agreements if he is reelected. However, escaping the WHO isn’t quite that easy. Even if Trump tears up the agreements, the U.S. can and will be sued and sanctioned in the international courts until we comply and/or exit the WHO altogether. And if other nations are under the WHO, America will be directly impacted even if we pull out.
The World Health Assembly is meeting NOW, and the globalists are working furiously to impose their will on us before the assembly ends. Joe Biden is already on board with whatever changes the U.N. agency desires. And if he signs either the Pandemic Treaty OR the revised IHR, we will have the same result — a United Nations agency in charge of American laws and lives.
We have an extremely limited window to stop this wholesale theft of American liberty. Congress can act even after the meetings in Geneva end, as long as Congress acts before any WHO agreement becomes effective.
Demand Congress bring HR 1425 and S 444 to an immediate vote, and VOTE YES to prevent Joe Biden from signing on to the U.N. and the WHO’s takeover agenda.
