FROM DARKNESS INTO THE LIGHT

 

It was Christ Jesus

Who Brought me Out Of Darkness,

Into His Wonderful Light,

By the Power of His Holy Spirit.

This is the Testimony

Of Every Born Again Christian.

The Spirit of God

Taking up Residence within Us;

Christ in Us the Hope of Glory.

Bringing Us into the Kingdom of God,

Into Righteousness, Peace and joy

In the Holy Spirit.

Yet, Surrounded by the Darkness

Of this Wicked World,

Under the Control of the Evil One.

Nevertheless,

Having Power over the Darkness,

By the Unlimited Power of the Holy Spirit.

Everyday we are Closer to Home,

On this Journey Christ has brought Us to;

Closer to the Day of His Return,

When Everything will be Changed, FOREVER;

When Righteousness, Peace and Joy

In the Holy Spirit, will Rule, FOREVER!
