Australian citizens know all too well just how draconian the WHO mandates can be. During the COVID “crisis,” the Australian government followed directives to force even healthy people into mandatory quarantine camps. Locked into row after row of tiny cabins surrounded by barbed wire and prevented them from speaking to their fellow detainees, the Australian COVID prisoners were forced to howl like monkeys to alert fellow inmates of approaching guards.
Inmates who escaped the COVID camps were the subjects of full “manhunts” by Australian authorities. Once caught, the escapees were promptly arrested again, despite testing negative for the virus, heavily fined, and sent right back to the detention center quarantine prison camps. Speaking out against the lockdowns or protesting the camp conditions resulted in longer stays as punishment.
In the years that have passed since Australians were finally given their freedom, some AU Parliament members are taking steps to ensure the WHO’s mandates never again rob these freedom-loving people of their sovereignty and rights.
On Tuesday, May 14, members of the Australian Parliament sent an official demand letter to Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese to “reject the IHR Amendments and the WHO Pandemic Treaty.”
In their demand letter, the members noted that these instruments “pose a significant threat to Australia’s autonomy and independence on the global stage. If adopted and implemented into Australian domestic law, the World Health Organization will hold an unacceptable level of authority, power, and influence over Australia’s affairs under the guise of declaring health ‘emergencies.’”
Don’t risk WHO-dictated “Quarantine Camps” in America. Fax Congress now and demand they pass HR 1425 & S 444!
The Parliament members also stated, “The WHO has demonstrated throughout the COVID period that its global approach to providing recommendations to respond to actual or perceived public health emergencies consistently resulted in more damage than was prevented and has caused untold losses both economically and socially.” (emphasis added)
Echoing what we here at Liberty Counsel have said throughout this entire process, the AU Parliament members bluntly state, “The IHR Amendment and the WHO Pandemic Treaty will transform the WHO from an advisory organization to a supranational health authority dictating how governments must respond to the emergencies which the WHO itself declares,” adding that this is “unacceptable” to Australians.
These measures should be unacceptable to Americans as well. And based on our investigations, U.S. citizens feel much the same way. Perhaps that’s why Joe Biden is working furiously to try to sign the WHO IHR and Pandemic Treaty before Congress can stop him.
The World Health Assembly begins May 27. There is currently a live bill in Congress, the “No WHO Pandemic Preparedness Treaty Without Senate Approval Act,” that would force Joe Biden to receive a 2/3 Senate majority approval before signing any international agreement with the WHO.
Unfortunately, the House Committee on Foreign Affairs and its Global Health subcommittee have prevented this bill from reaching the floor for a vote.
