UNDERSTANDING VIRTUE

 

Whatever is True,

Whatever is Noble,

Whatever is Pure,

Whatever is Admirable--

If anything is Excellent

Or Praiseworthy--

Think about Such Things.

It is critical for Every Christian

To Understand,

These Virtuous Things

That the Apostle Paul

Spells Out for Us.

If we do not Understand what is Virtuous,

Before the Living God,

We have No Understanding At All.

Nothing that the World puts forth,

That Contradicts

What God Deems Virtuous,

Has Any Virtue At All.

The World,

Under the Control of the Evil One,

HAS NO VIRTUE!

Virtue Comes from God Alone!
