GOD HAS NOT GIVEN YOU A SPIRIT OF FEAR

The availability of 'fuel' to feed fear is plentiful and all around us (Just turn on the news, for starters).

The what-ifs, the unknowns and the possibilities play out in many folk's heads, from the time they wake up to the time they finally fall asleep, after much tossing and turning.

If you are finding yourself being gripped by fear, I encourage you to replace the 'you' with 'me' in II Timothy 1:7 and, whenever possible, speak this scripture out loud over yourself each day (perhaps throughout the day).

Fear can, and many times does, rob us of relationships, opportunities and the simple joys of life.

John 10:10 (NLT) says, "The thief's purpose is to steal, kill and destroy. My (Jesus) purpose is to give them (You and I) a rich and satisfying life and life."
