HAS EUGENICS COME TO AMERICA?

Imagine, if you will, an organization that was founded by an elite cabal of eugenicists to reduce the global population — especially "undesirables" like African Americans, Hispanics, and people with disabilities.

As part of its plot, this organization acquired the patent for a cheap and effective drug that can easily abort millions of unborn lives.

Now “medication abortions” account for the majority of all abortions in the United States. Such a story seems lifted straight out of a pulp apocalyptic thriller, but it’s not.

Liberty Counsel is exposing this exact evil in a case before the U.S. Supreme Court. Read on. — Mat

 Friend,

The Population Council was founded in 1952 by an elite cabal of eugenicists determined to reduce the global population and to preserve the “quality” of the human gene pool.

John D. Rockefeller III kicked off the group’s inception, along with Planned Parenthood’s Margaret Sanger and 19 other founding members.

Attendees of the first meeting noted with approval the “rapid drop in fertility resulting from the urbanization of the American negro population.”

Also discussed was the problem of "quality" of the human gene pool.

“Modern civilization had reduced the operation of natural selection by saving more ‘weak’ lives and enabling them to reproduce,” according to this eugenic (Malthusian) group.

In other words, modern medicine that helped people live cause the human gene pool to become polluted with people who should die — that is, the so-called “less desirables” who are like “weeds” in the human garden.

This and more Liberty Counsel presented to the U.S. Supreme Court this week.

The Supreme Court cited our brief exposing the origin of abortion in the Dobbs case that overruled Roe v. Wade.

STOP the intentional targeting of minorities for abortion.

The consensus from the conference was that priority should be given “to the reduction of fertility” for those “undesirable” groups

Many types of action were suggested that might aid in the “reduction of fertility,” including “birth control” and “more convenient methods,” like abortion.

An overview of the Population Council’s history sheds light on how the eugenic crusade to eradicate targeted populations through abortion and birth control continues through this century — under the guise of “reproductive health” and “family planning.”

The founding directors of the Population Council believed that “unfit, poor, and unintelligent people were more fertile than fit people.”

The group produced and supported “research” claiming that minorities consistently made “wrong choices with respect to family planning because they were incompetent, unmotivated, or influenced by their own or their family’s culture.”

By 1969, the group was advocating adding “fertility control agents” to urban water supplies and the temporary sterilization of young women using “time-capsule contraceptives.”

(Recall that Ezekiel Emanuel, the architect of Obamacare, advocated this exact same principle).

After decades of funding population control studies and programs, the Population Council finally found the most effective avenue to achieve its eugenic aims.

Seeing that a cheap and widespread abortifacient drug would further its mission of reducing the populations of less desirable persons,

the Population Council acquired the patent rights to the RU-486 chemical abortifacient, commonly known as mifepristone.

This group pushed for FDA approval, including mail order delivery of the drug.

Now abortion pills account for the majority of all abortions in the United States.

The rushed FDA approval of the mail order drug mifepristone is now before the Supreme Court.

STOP the KILLING.

However, what is perhaps most disturbing about this case is that the modern FDA — a federal agency — is now parroting the Population Council's racist eugenic claims.

In a written submission on this very case, the FDA submitted claims that children should be aborted because they are more likely to be unfit for school, for adulthood, and for society, echoing the same racist, eugenic claims Rockefeller, Sanger, and their cohorts claimed more than 70 years ago.

Liberty Counsel represents the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference and the Frederick Douglass Foundation.

These two nonprofit faith organizations represent more than 70,000 Hispanic and African American churches and tens of millions of Hispanic and African American members across the United States.

Our clients are tired of watching helplessly as their populations are devastated by racist elitists who claim “overpopulation” but who mainly seem fixated on reducing the populations of black and brown people.

Liberty Counsel filed our amicus brief with the U.S. Supreme Court this week and will continue to fight until EVERY unborn child is safe from the eugenicists’ genocidal programs.

Over the last four years, Liberty Counsel has won every single case it argued or briefed before the U.S. Supreme Court.

We’re not done winning yet.

But we cannot do this lifesaving work without YOU, the faithful Liberty Counsel supporter.

Praise God, a special Challenge Grant has been established that will DOUBLE the impact of every donation made today. Please, support our legal fund so we can defend LIFE.

P.S. In Washington, D.C., the U.S. Congress needs to hear from you regarding HR 15 — a bill that would federally overturn the 2003 partial birth abortion ban and enshrine abortion up until birth as a federally protected “right.” Fax Congress NOW to protect Americans from HR 15, the misnamed “Equality Act,” and don’t forget to sign the petition!
