In Minnesota, bill HF 91 (or SF 70) will essentially bury these children with no grave marker.
This bill will hide how many nearly aborted babies are born alive and how often they are killed by stopping all tracking of:
“whether the abortion resulted in a born alive infant.”
“any medical actions taken to preserve the life of the born alive infant.”
“whether the born alive infant survived.”
“the status of the born alive infant, should the infant survive.”
Democrats in Minnesota don’t even want anyone to know what happens inside these death clinics or hospital rooms.
While the children are being killed, this bill essentially says, “There’s nothing to see here!”
This gives abortion clinics a green light to murder children with no consequences and no reporting.
Even if a mother or a whistleblower nurse came forward with evidence of a murdered newborn baby … this bill will ensure that there is nowhere to report these murders!
This bill will turn these abortion clinics into unregulated killing machines.
This is sick.
It is one more of the many reasons we desperately need to pass federal protections for these babies. It is time to demand these crimes against humanity end. Tell the U.S. Senate to pass the Born Alive Act with your urgent faxes to STOP infanticide now!
Earlier California attempted to pass a bill stating that “a person shall not be subject to civil or criminal liability or penalty … based on their actions or omissions with respect to their pregnancy or actual, potential, or alleged pregnancy outcome, including miscarriage, stillbirth, or abortion, or perinatal death due to a pregnancy-related cause.”
“Perinatal death” is defined as: “death after 24 completed weeks gestation and before 6 completed days of life.”
This bill will allow the murder of a baby up to six days after birth!
When the California bill failed, the state instead changed its law to rush the licensing process of nurses who declare their intention to offer abortions.
This new law also allows the state to hire medical professionals who were disciplined in other states so they can perform abortions in California.
Health care professionals willing to kill babies will receive special licensing treatment even if they were disciplined in other states. We already know the state attorney general has admitted he will not prosecute anyone who kills a newborn baby that was earmarked for abortion.
We cannot remain silent.
Even if you have already sent faxes, please do so again.
Let the senators know we will not rest until they pass the Born Alive Act.
We recently reported the shocking discovery of aborted babies from a D.C. clinic whose bodies were being shipped to a Maryland facility to serve as fuel for energy.
The clinic was conducting late-term abortions where the abortionist apparently punctured the base of the skull and sucked out the baby’s brains.
This is happening in the shadow of the U.S. Capitol.
