YOU WILL KNOW THEM BY THEIR FRUITS

You will know them by their fruits (Matt. 7:16)

The way to bear fruit is through abiding in Jesus Christ. (John 15:7-8).

Too many set out to conduct themselves according to what they think is correct, but bear no fruit.

It must be evident in every aspect of our being and not just when others are watching.

This scripture (Matt. 7:16) is referring to doctrine as well, not just conduct.

When abiding in Christ pursue His truth according to The Word (The Bible). There are many doctrines available; many books written by men and women of God, but don't be easily led astray and begin to focus on every word they say.

Open up your Bible and spend time with God in the presence of Jesus.

I am not saying to not read the testimony of others, but don't let it be the guide to your living.

Jesus is who we abide with; this is why His life exposed all the fruit available for us to bear; to be effective in His Kingdom. ~LW~
