Friend -- We are excited to share a copy of this year's National Day of Prayer Impact Report with you! Together! It is not just a heart-warming word but very powerful when put into practice - especially in prayer. Unified prayer pleases our Heavenly Father; He is delighted when spiritual siblings don’t just get along but come together for His Kingdom. For over 70 years the National Day of Prayer has brought God’s children together with united hearts and united prayer for America. This momentous day every year on the first Thursday of May has created a movement of prayerful unity for neighbor and nation throughout the year. Our over 17,000 missionaries in communities across America serve with us on mission every moment of the year. Armored up in the full armor of God and with the weapons of our warfare in hand, we push back the darkness that seeks to steal the divine destiny of our nation. Thank you for partnering with us! When we bring our hearts, voices, and light together, we shine brighter and stronger. Together, we pray fervently in righteousness and avail much! Serving Him with gladness,

About the National Day of Prayer The National Day of Prayer tradition predates the founding of the United States of America, evidenced by the Continental Congress’ proclamation in 1775 setting aside a day of prayer. In 1952, Congress established an annual day of prayer and, in 1988, that law was amended, designating the National Day of Prayer as the first Thursday in May.
