MAY THE LIGHT OF LIFE BE WITH YOU

 

Hello Friend, We want to extend our love and prayers to you during this special season that is meant to be filled with joy but may also be full of grief, stress and complicated relationships. When John the Baptist saw Jesus and cried out,  “Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!” (John 1:29, ESV), he illustrated how God both acknowledges the darkness of our world and provides redemption. No matter where this Christmas season finds you, please draw comfort from this promise that we are given in Christ.  “In him was life, and the life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. …But to all who did receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God, who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God” (John 1:4-5,12-13).
