Michael Chertoff’s career highlights include his authorship and execution of such Constitution-busting policies as indefinite detention and federal surveillance.
Possibly worse, Chertoff argues that the U.S. government should be allowed to torture prisoner.
But what if those prisoners are Americans with constitutional rights against such abuses?
No matter, Chertoff and his tyrannical government cronies will simply pass legislation to rob you of those liberties. Here are a few examples:
END JOE BIDEN’S MINISTRY OF UN-TRUTH!
2001: Chertoff’s Patriot Act, with an “indefinite detention” provision, passes Congress.
2002: The Department of Homeland Security is created to “protect against terrorism.”
2009: Under the Obama-Biden administration, DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano deems patriotic Americans and veterans to be likely domestic terrorists.
2022: In February, the DHS releases a National Terrorism Advisory System Bulletin, which characterizes U.S. citizens who share non-government-approved COVID (like ivermectin) as top domestic security threats.
2022: In April, the DHS creates a new department within DHS, the Disinformation Governance Board.
The government assault on our God-given, constitutionally protected liberties in the 21st century begins and ends with Michael Chertoff…and now Michael Chertoff is targeting YOU.
Under the Patriot Act, which Chertoff co-authored, he erased our right to Fourth and Fifth Amendment rights.
He believes the government should be able to spy on you and torture prisoners.
Chertoff and the Patriot Act
The Patriot Act expands government surveillance powers to (1) personal records held by third parties, (2) more secret searches, (3) wire taps without probable cause and (4) pen or trap and trace for virtually any reason.
The Patriot Act (1) allows the CIA to spy on Americans, (2) creates a new crime of “domestic terrorism” and (3) allows indefinite detention for non-citizens.
And now Chertoff has been appointed to erase our news, our voices and our views via Joe Biden’s opposition-silencing Disinformation Governance Board. One can only wonder how long until Mr. Chertoff decides to put liberty lovers and free speakers like you and me in the cells his boss has nearly emptied of actual terrorists.
Tell Congress: We the People retain the right to FREE SPEECH!
When he was DHS head in 2008, Chertoff launched a plan for addressing climate change as a matter of national security.
He also co-signed the “National Security and the Accelerating Risks of Climate Change,” which was published in 2014.
In Chertoff’s world, climate change is a threat to national security.
If you question the results of the 2020 election, you will be censored.
If you believe ivermectin is safe and effective for treating COVID, you will be censored.
If you push back on the COVID shots, you will be censored.
The Biden administration will censor what you hear, say or write.
Congress is only beginning to wake up to the dangers, not just of Michael Chertoff, but of this entire unconstitutional Disinformation Governance Board.
Even Democrat Representative Tulsi Gabbard (HI) is pushing back against the Disinformation Board.

A bill has been announced in the U.S. House that will strip all funding from the Disinformation Governance Board.
Free speech should never be threatened by a government deciding what you can hear, say or write.
