Last week, Liberty Counsel was in court for the third all-day hearing defending the brave men and women of the U.S. military from Joe Biden’s unlawful shot orders.
The Department of Defense has received over 24,000 religious accommodation requests, yet has blanket-denied them. Every day we speak with service members and their spouses who are under intense pressure. One soldier who was processed out yesterday broke down and wept.
My heart breaks for these brave people who literally offer their lives to defend our freedom.

Many of our faithful military heroes continue to hold out against Biden’s unlawful and deadly injection orders.
One of our plaintiffs, I’ll call him Christopher*, is one of the religious service members refusing the shots.
Christopher likens his situation to a “Daniel” moment, writing:
“If religious exemptions are denied, all religious freedoms are falling right behind. If this fails, you will be forced to decide in a short time whether you stand with the Military or with Jesus.”
Christopher is standing with Jesus.

“Daniel didn’t HAVE to pray visibly,” writes Christopher. “He could have prayed in his head and still honored God and kept his position. Instead, because of his position, because he knew people were looking up to him, because he was a greater magistrate ... he visibly prayed in front of his window to inspire and embolden others to remain true to their faith. He was a leader and a man.”
As an officer, Christopher has not hidden his decision OR the religious reasons behind it from the men and women he leads. Christopher will stand, no matter what comes, in his own “Daniel in the Lion’s Den” moment. Like many honorable service members, he believes he will forfeit the right to lead by example if he dishonors God and does not follow his convictions.
After defending OUR religious freedom, these brave men and women of the military are being coerced, cajoled and threatened in every possible manner. Overseas personnel who refuse the shot are being told they will be discharged and forced to pay their own way home if they do not comply.
These service members will have to come up with tens of thousands of dollars to move themselves, their families, and their entire households stateside – or they will be left stranded in a foreign land.
Other service members are being told they will be forced to repay all of their education and training costs! In the case of fighter pilots, this bill would be millions of dollars, bankrupting our nation’s best and brightest while kicking them out of the military.

The past two years of fighting religious tyranny have taxed our resources. Religious freedom has never been under such an attack in my lifetime.
We have multiple cases in multiple state and federal courts covering multiple issues in which Christian viewpoints, speech, action and freedom are under attack by tyrannical government officials run amok.
We WILL NOT stop until religious freedom is fully restored.
Please pray that Judge Steven Merryday issues an order protecting the entire class of all military members from this abuse and unlawful shot mandate.
We have already lost some service members who have been injured by these shots, like Lt. Col. Dr. Peter Chambers. While an AK-47 round in the chest could not stop him in Afghanistan, the Moderna shot did. He now suffers from demyelination disease.
And we have knowledge of service members who took their lives under the intense pressure they face.
I wish I could speak with you in person to share the intense emotions we experience every day. I pray you are moved to pray and to help us help these heroes.
