THE DOD's "ADMINISTRATIVE BLEED OF DEATH"

The Department of Defense (DOD) is assigning faithful Christian military members to what some service members are calling an “administrative bleed of death.”

Biden continues to threaten, bully, cajole and purge Christians from military service, and we are working tirelessly every day to stop it.

Hear today from one of our service members who says he was called to serve for “a time such as this.”

Friend,

Jake* has spent 14 years serving his country in the U.S. Army and earning the rank of Major.

Jake says he was called to duty by the Lord to serve and defend the Constitution that requires government to protect our rights—and that no right is higher than the right to religious freedom.

As a devout Christian, Jake refuses to take any drug derived from aborted fetal cells.

He dutifully submitted his religious accommodation request (RAR) to his chain of command months ago … with no response.

That is, until he showed up for duty Monday morning and found that his orders had been deleted.

Having your orders “deleted” is a career killer.

In other words, the military is trying to “delete” devout service members who refuse the jab for religious reasons.

This is not an isolated incident.

Although the 1993 Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) protects service members, that has not stopped Joe Biden and his administration from putting “the squeeze” on faithful religious service members like Jake in novel ways.

We will not rest day or night until we stop Biden’s purge of these honorable men and women from the military.

Justice will prevail!

Do not let Biden kick Christians out of the military!

Unable to beat or threaten many Christian service members into compliance with Biden’s COVID jab orders, the DOD is deploying new tactics designed to force members to either cave to Biden’s unlawful demands or quit.

“I’ve been reassigned to the broom closet,” says Jake, who informed us that officers like himself call this tactic the “administrative bleed of death.”

Like Lt. Col. John*, who I wrote about last month, Jake has been assigned to an empty room with nothing to do and with regular check-ins by his chain of command to ensure he is doing exactly that—nothing.

In a comparable manner, one of our plaintiffs has been sequestered at home for months.

He was called in to base, a significant drive from his home.

Once there, he was ordered to move just six boxes, then was sent home again.

“The administrative bleed of death” is a method whereby the DOD makes clear that your career is over and slowly bleeds a service member’s time and patience, knowing that, statistically, this form of pressure causes service members to quit within a year.

This DOD tactic reminds me of the temptation of Christ in the desert, the theme being “all this agony could be over if you would just forfeit your faith and calling.”

Just take the shot.

Compromise your religious beliefs.

This will all be over.

Just take the shot.

The pressure to compromise is enormous.

Daniel and the three Hebrews faced intense pressure.

They could have compromised.

They did not.

And neither will these godly men and women we have the honor of serving.

DEFEND OUR DEFENDERS from RELIGIOUS DISCRIMINATION and DOUBLE YOUR GIFT with our Challenge Grant.

The steadfast, faith-filled resolve of Jake and our other plaintiffs brings to mind Joseph’s faithful service to his God even while in Pharoah’s prison.

Despite concerns over he and his family’s future, their income and even where they will live, Jake WILL NOT cave

“I know that God has called me for this time and this place,” says Jake, who intends to use his punitive time in the Army’s empty room to focus on worship and prayer.

“Even in a broom closet, I will shine for our Lord,” he told our staff.

Joseph encountered hard times, but he later realized what his brothers intended for evil, God used for good (Gen. 50:20).

I believe the same is true here.

God will confound the evildoers and turn their evil intent for good.

God will not be mocked.

His will be done.

And so, Liberty Counsel will stand with our brothers and sisters who love God and defend our freedom.

We will not forsake them.

Our resolve to destroy these unlawful mandates, reverse Biden’s purge of the military and restore religious liberty has grown stronger.

Liberty Counsel will fight until every barrier to religious freedom is removed!

But we need YOUR help.

This administration, with its ever-growing list of unlawful actions, has drained our resources.

We have filed for class action status to protect all our plaintiffs and the entire U.S. military from Biden’s unlawful actions. Meanwhile, we continue to defend Planned Parenthood whistleblower Sandra Merritt, sidewalk counselors, Christian change counselors, Good News Clubs, patients seeking transplants, employees, students and many others.

Please support our legal work so we can RESTORE RELIGIOUS FREEDOM!
