BIDEN CLEANSING THE MILITARY OF CHRISTIANS

 

Despite multiple injunctions, we spoke Monday with a Lt. Colonel who was placed on the Officer Discipline Notebook (ODN) yesterday for refusing COVID shots.  Another has been separated from his family for 154 days for refusing the shots.  One military member said Liberty Counsel is the only legal group helping them.  This breaks my heart. The ruling Judge Steven Merryday issued last Friday concerning the COVID jabs will gut the unlawful violation of religious freedom by the Department of Defense (DOD). 

In his stinging rebuke citing the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA), the judge said the evidence “reveals a process of ‘rubber stamp’ adjudication by form letter, a process incompatible with RFRA’s command to assess each request ‘to the person.’ 

… A blanket or categorical grant no more satisfies RFRA’s individualized assessment than does a blanket or categorical denial.”

The record, he continued, “strongly illustrates that the military fails to afford an applicant an actual ‘case-by-case assessment’ as required by RFRA …Requiring a service member either to follow a direct order contrary to a sincerely held religious belief or to face immediate processing for separation or other punishment undoubtedly causes irreparable harm.” (emphasis added)

I expect Judge Merryday to rule any day for the rest of our plaintiffs and the entire class of service members who submitted religious exemptions.

Judge Merryday has put the Biden DOD on notice that it must comply with the law.

But Joe Biden just doesn’t care. 

Shockingly, he is continuing to run other Christian soldiers and faithful religious adherents out of the military. 

Biden is trying to purge as many religious faithful as possible from our armed forces before the courts can stop him.

Don’t let Joe Biden kick committed Christians out of the military. Help us DEFEND RELIGIOUS FREEDOM!

On Monday, Lt. Colonel Benjamin* in the Air Force informed us he would be placed on the ODN yesterday. 

This is the death sentence for his military career. Another service member shared his story and began to weep.

Yet another shared how he has been separated from his family for 154 days. 

After he filed his religious exemption, he was in the middle of a military move from the West to East Coast with a stop in another state for training.

While moving, he received a memo stating he could not train unless he had the shots or received an exemption. 

He said, “My family is not with me since this was supposed to be temporary and it has been very difficult for almost half a year away.”

“I have been kept away from my family for 154 days ... my family is unable to move near me here. 

It has been difficult emotionally for my family—my wife and 3 kids.”

There is no justification for this abuse. 

We will not allow it to continue!

“This is a battle we weren’t trained for,” says Lt. Col. Benjamin. “We honestly never believed or imagined we would be let go.”
