Dear Friend, It is abundantly clear that President Biden is now entirely a tool of the far-Left—as if we needed more. The latest proof is his nominee for the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of appeals, Nancy Abudu. With all the jurists to choose from, Biden chose Abudu, the current deputy legal director for the discredited Southern Poverty Law Center. This is the same group that has placed D. James Kennedy Ministries on its “hate map” because of our Biblical stand on marriage and sexuality. A judge is to be impartial. But Ms. Abudu’s record speaks clearly. If confirmed, she will implement the SPLC's radical pro-abortion, pro-LGBT views—and those of the far-Left American Civil Liberties Union, where she formerly spent more than a decade. Neither group is a friend of Christian or conservative values. That is why I am asking you to Sign our REJECT BIDEN'S RADICAL NOMINEE petition to the U.S. Senate. It will go directly to your two U.S. Senators today. RADICAL ON SUPPOSED VOTER SUPPRESSION I know you agree with protecting the integrity of our elections and that every legal vote should count. But Abudu is focused on supposed voter suppression. She has challenged common sense proof of citizenship and voter photo ID laws in federal and state courts. Her record precedes her. Ms. Abudu’s extremist views make her unfit to serve a lifetime appointment to the federal appeals court, just one tier below the U.S. Supreme Court.
