The Supreme Court: A referee, not a lawmaker Now that the High Court no longer carries water for the extreme Leftist agenda, there are fevered cries for a radical court makeover. One of the proposals to nullify the Court’s current conservative majority and regain the Left’s ideological edge is deeply fascist.
