Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AK) slammed President Joe Biden’s recent remarks on rising violent crime, claiming that the president's crime policy could be summed up as

"I hope you don't get shot" on “Life, Liberty, and Levin” Sunday evening.

"He said that crime goes up in the summertime, so we should expect crime to continue to rise over the next three months, as if he’s trying to apologize in advance for what he knows is going to be a dangerous summer," Cotton told host Mark Levin.

"I guess Joe Biden’s crime policy is 'well, I hope you don’t get shot when you go out to a restaurant with your husband or wife this summer.'"
