Hello Friend,
Who is the godliest person you’ve ever met?
Hands down, the godliest person I’ve ever known is Billy Graham.
I’ve had the great privilege of spending lots of time with Billy, hanging out with him, asking him questions, and observing him preach. I even had the honor of playing a small part in his final years of ministry by assisting him with sermon illustrations to help build bridges to younger generations.
He was such an amazing evangelist, role model, and friend.

One of the things I love best about Billy Graham is that he was the same person in private that he was in public. He genuinely cared about people and listened to them, and he obeyed the Lord’s calling for his life, family, and ministry.
For decades, Billy Graham was a household name, but now there is a new generation of young people that don’t really know Billy. They weren’t raised seeing him on television. They never went in person to a Billy Graham crusade. They’re not familiar with his life and legacy. I want to introduce them to Billy and bring them his story in a relatable way.
That’s why I’ve written a book about him, coauthored by my friend Marshall Terrill, to capture Billy’s character, his unique gifting, and his relationship with the Lord. In this brand-new book, Billy Graham: The Man I Knew, I’ve tried to convey Billy’s humor, his humanity, and even his vulnerabilities. If you are already a fan of Billy Graham, you will only love him more after you’ve read it.
