A few weeks ago, the House of Representatives passed the radical Equality Act, which threatens Christian liberties and could force faith-based organizations to disregard their religious beliefs.
This radical legislation — pushed by Nancy Pelosi, AOC, Ilhan Omar, and other extremists — would make sweeping changes to civil rights laws, classifying sexual orientation and gender as protected classes. It now awaits a vote in the Senate.
As written, this act is a blatant attack on religious liberty in all forms.
We can STOP the Equality Act — which would classify a slew of traditional religious beliefs as illegal discrimination — but we have to act now.
If this bill passes the Senate, churches, private schools, Christian nonprofits, and other religious groups will forever face an impossible decision: either abandon their time-honored biblical beliefs about sex and gender or break the law and accept the possibility of crippling penalties.
The Democrats are putting their liberal agenda before basic respect for the constitutional rights of religious Americans.
Radicals are fighting tooth and nail to force this bill into law, but we still have time to stop the Equality Act.
