Sen. Cruz: SCOTUS Nomination Is About Free Speech, Religious Liberty, 2nd Amendment, Not Health Care

(CNSNews.com) - Democrats rely on the courts to implement their leftist agenda, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) said on Monday.

"They want judges that decree left-wing outcomes that the voters wouldn’t accept," he told Fox News's Sean Hannity.
