With Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and her militant pro-abortion allies in control of the House of Representatives, America's pro-life movement could suffer severe setbacks -- unless you and I act now!
This is no idle threat. In a speech at Georgetown University, Pelosi boasted:
"I am a rabid supporter of a woman's right to choose."
And just think -- Nancy Pelosi is now seen as moderate compared to some in the progressive wing of her party!
Her colleagues in the Congressional Pro-Choice Caucus are urging Speaker Pelosi to call for a vote on a bill they sponsored that will officially end the Hyde Amendment...
... and force taxpayers like you and me to fund abortions through our federal taxes and enrich abortion giants like Planned Parenthood!
Pro-life Americans must not be silent! You and I must take a stand NOW to preserve the pro-life policy of the Hyde Amendment.
You see, our elected officials know full well that most Americans oppose late-term abortion...
... and we certainly don't want our federal government forcing us to pay for that barbaric procedure!
But unless you and I and many thousands of Americans speak up now, Congress is very likely to just ignore the will of the people and act against our values and interests.
FRC Action is working feverishly to defeat the pro-abortion special interests and their allies in Congress.
We have a strong ally in Donald Trump, whose words and deeds mark him as one of the most pro-life presidents in American history.
But there is no guarantee Republicans in the House or Senate will hold the line on taxpayer funding of abortions.
And frankly, with Nancy Pelosi wielding the speaker's gavel, innocent unborn life is at risk like never before.
So, you and I and every other pro-life American in this country must act now.
I believe and pray it will be another in a series of victories the Lord has accomplished through you and FRC Action in the last three years.
For example, FRC Action supported President Trump's reinstatement of President Reagan's ban on U.S. taxpayer funding of non-profit organizations engaged in abortion overseas.
We also helped put two strong constitutionalist justices on the Supreme Court.
And we played a direct role in shaping the family-friendly tax reform package that doubled the child tax credit to $2,000 and removed middle-class marriage penalties.
With the Lord's blessing and the help of decent Americans like you, anything is possible!
Now we must act to preserve the Hyde Amendment and stop taxpayer funding of abortion.
