Fellow American,
Today we remember and hold in our hearts all those who have sacrificially and faithfully served our great nation.
The men and women of our Armed Forces selflessly protect and defend our country. Today, on Memorial Day, we are reminded to give special honor and express our deepest gratitude to those who made the ultimate sacrifice and who gave the last full measure of devotion, as President Lincoln said so many years ago.
As supporters of the Faith & Freedom Coalition, you and I understand that the greatness of America lies not in the government but in the character of our people. The heroes we honor today teach us about the virtues of honor, courage, loyalty, and love of our country and our fellow man.
Let us remember them on this Memorial Day, and let us keep those values flourishing in America for this generation and the next.
Today, and all days, God bless our fallen heroes. God bless our United States of America.
