Revelation
3:1-6
To the angel of the
Church in Sardis write:
These are the words of
Him
Who holds the Seven
Spirits of God and the Seven Stars.
I know your deeds;
YOU
HAVE A REPUTATION OF BEING ALIVE,
BUT
YOU ARE DEAD.
2
WAKE UP!
STRENGTHEN
WHAT REMAINS AND IS ABOUT TO DIE,
FOR
I HAVE NOT FOUND YOUR DEEDS
COMPLETE
IN THE SIGHT OF MY GOD.
3 Remember, therefore,
What you have received
and heard;
OBEY
IT, AND REPENT.
But if you do not wake
up,
I
WILL COME LIKE A THIEF,
And you will not know
at what time I will come to you.
4 Yet you have a few
people in Sardis
Who have not soiled
their clothes.
They will walk with me,
Dressed in White,
For they are Worthy.
5
HE WHO OVERCOMES WILL,
LIKE
THEM BE DRESSED IN WHITE.
I
WILL NEVER ERASE HIS NAME
FROM
THE BOOK OF LIFE,
But will acknowledge
his name
Before My Father and
His angels.
6
HE WHO HAS AN EAR,
LET
HIM HEAR WHAT THE SPIRIT SAYS TO THE CHURCHES.
(Revelation 3:1-6)
Christ Jesus
embodies the Seven Fold Spirit of God,
He holds the Angels,
the Leaders of His Church, in His hands.
He knows the Deeds of
the Church in Sardis,
Which is thought to be
alive
By those who look
through the eyes of man;
But in reality, in the
eyes of God, they are Dead.
Christ Jesus tells them
to Wake Up,
And Strengthen what
remains and is about to Die.
He does not find their
Deeds complete in the eyes of God.
He tells them to
remember what they have received and heard;
To Repent, of their
current situation
And Obey what they have
received and heard.
If they do not, He
warns them that He will come like a Thief;
They will not know when
He will come.
The few Saints in
Sardis who have not soiled their clothes
By disobeying what they
have received and heard,
Will walk with Christ,
Dressed in White
(His righteousness) for
they are Worthy.
All those who Overcome
the Deception of Satan,
Will be like them,
Dressed in White;
Their Names will never
be erased from The Book of LIFE,
And Christ Jesus will
acknowledge their names
Before His Father and
His angels.
All of us who have an
ear,
Let us hear what the
Spirit (Christ) says to the Churches.
Today, each one
of us must be Alive in and to God;
We must have Zeal and
Fervency toward God;
The Scriptures teach
that Christ's Zeal for God Consumed Him;
That the Kingdom of God
is apprehended
By forceful men and
women,
Who have set their
hearts and minds to please Christ Jesus.
We must Obey what we
have received and heard.
If we do not, we will
be surprised by the coming of Christ.
If we are not prepared
to meet Him,
There will be Terrible
Consequences.
Yet, all we have to do,
Is to continue to drink
of His Living Water,
Continue to put our
Faith, Hope and Trust in Him.
To love Him with all
our heart, soul, mind and strength.
Then He belongs to us
and we belong to Him
And we can live in the
Peace of God
That passes all human
understanding.
