Our nation’s founding document, the Declaration of Independence, upon which the Constitution is predicated, tells us we have the God-given right to “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.” But many court decisions are taking away these very things.
In recent decades, black-robed tyrants have become the battering ram for the Left’s dangerous agenda—forcing through abortion on demand and same-sex marriage.
They have used their power to erode our Christian foundations, causing our brothers and sisters to lose their livelihoods—and even be prosecuted—for standing on their Christian convictions regarding life, the institution of marriage, gender identity, and more.
It is not an overstatement to say that the defining challenge of our generation is to replace liberal progressives with judges who adhere to the text of the Constitution!
President Trump and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnel have done an outstanding job seating conservative, constitutionalist judges. But there are still more than 70 vacancies left to fill, and legislative days are running out.
With national elections just around the corner, we must confirm as many conservative judges as possible while the window of opportunity is still open, and a strong conservative like Mitch McConnell is still Senate Majority Leader.
